Jack in the Box

Come here a couple times a week looking for a milkshake but I have literally never been able to receive one. The staff always tells me that their machine is broken or that it’s being cleaned. When I ask at what time it will be done being cleaned, they quote me a time 4 hours later. Last time I was turned down I decided to order some chicken strips so that I hadn’t made the trip for nothing and they handed me a box with a strip of chicken floating in a lake of grease. Terribly lazy staff, I know your machine isn’t broken half of every day!

Nothing spectacular. Those dang coupons suck me in. Got the double jack burger and it was ready very quick (quick seems a little suspicious for a place claiming their product is made to order). Very messy (my mistake for taking it out of the white wrapper) but tasty. Also got a hot coffee which I thought was a bit weak. I probably wouldn’t pay full price for either.

They gave up their original spot where Starbucks is for this! The food isn’t that good to meander through the traffic lights and congestion at Sunset Square just to come here. Nice job Jack-​in-​the-​Box I won’t be coming back.

I come here literally every night because I love Jack in the Box’s Oreo Shakes… But this is the only Jack in the Box that I’ve been forced to write a bad review about… I just went their and received cold fries, a watery milkshake, and dry bread on a burger. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and when she went to hand us a strawberry one, we reminded her and she proceeded to throw our straws down and throw a god damn tantrum over it…: we also ordered 6 pieces of bacon. Come to find out they gave us two and just broke them in half… Looked at my receipt and yup! Only got charged for two. I also asked for a specific lid to my drink and when they didn’t put it on… I reminded them and they rolled there eyes. It was one Caucasian woman working and a dark skinned woman (middle eastern) and I am always there some time after 7 (7−1am).
Side Note /​THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF WHIPPED CREAM FOR THREE DAYS. Come on guys… not cool when I spend approx. $ 200 a WEEK alone at this restaurant.
If that’s not terrible customer service them I don’t know what is.
Yesterday I also received burnt fries… and more bacon split in half… There are many more problems I have had but it would take me way too long to type them all… But I have always been rushed when ordering, and been treated very badly at the window. Please train your employees so I can’t enjoy my dang food!!!

I went there past midnight because I was craving a spicy sausage burrito. When I looked in the bag my Burrito was wrapped poorly and it was even burnt… so one end completely fell apart. Something was just off, I knew either the wrap or some of the meat was spoiled. I attempted eating the other end but was met with instant stomach backlash…
Save yourself, go some place else. This bellingham one is gross.

Rude workers and the customer service is terrible. They messed up the order my friend and I gave them and didn’t get it right the second time either.

It wasn’t real busy. One person I could see inside and 2 cars including myself in the drive thru. I ordered 2 combos… and 2 tacos… I got one chicken sandwich some other burger of some kind one thing of fries and 2 burnt to crap tacos.
I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t prove anything.
They got the drinks right though…
So annoying. I hate having to check everything at the window just to make sure and I’m not driving back 10 min for drive thru food…
I guess that will teach me.

My food was delicious, even though the fact that they had it to me in 20 seconds (I was the only one there) made it abundantly clear that it was already made, waiting under a heat lamp somewhere. There were several lights burnt out over the tables, giving the place a spooky dark look, and they had a leak right by the registers – a semi persistent drip from the ceiling. I’ve been more impressed.

Food is what you expect (DELICIOUS FRIED GOODNESS!)
… but the gal at the drivethrough was really persistent about adding things I didnt order on the order screen. I had to pay really close attention to the total.
