Excellent coke. I took a sip of my friends coke and I couldn’t resist drinking the entire thing… her boyfriend paid for it but crap it was too good.

Good simple sandwiches. I only rated it 2 stars because almost everytime I go in, I request peppers and even extra peppers (which costs extra) and 9 times out of 10 they forget to put them on completely or when I ask for extra, there are only 3 to 4 peppers on the sandwich. It’s not like the sandwiches at JJ’s are complicated to make!

Good sandwiches at a good price, and freaky fast. Great delivery times.
I used to frequent Jimmy Johns when I worked closer to their store, now that I generally further away, I miss their sandwiches.
The lettuce wrap is a great alternative to the bread for those who are gluten intolerant or just don’t want the bread.

The veggie sandwich is literally about 5 – 6 pieces of cheese and very little veggies. WTF!!! I wanted a VEGGIE sandwich, not a CHEESE sandwich. After that I felt unhealthy and unsatisfied. Yeah, cheese is good but that was way overboard and the veggies were almost non-​existent. Jimmy John’s, you really need to rethink the veggie sandwich… keyword VEGGIE. Also, on a side note, the owner of this company is a piece of shit who pays to hunt animals like elephants, giraffes, etc. Look it up!

I guess all the employees are bitter for all the college kids they have to serve, because bitter is the best way to describe them. Seemed to go out of there way to be difficult, and my sandwich was much smaller than I expected. The rest of the people in my group agreed. Never again.

OK I love JJ. Not really rating the food, but the service here. They couldn’t make me the sandwich I wanted, which I have ordered hundreds of times, it’s pretty simple. I want a #9 with a Vito instead of the ham. The lady wouldn’t ring it up without trying to charge me for extra meat, which there isn’t since the Han is removed in place of the Vito, it’s the same amount of meat… I worked in a JJ for a while and never ran into substitution issues like she said. I was told it wasn’t possible to do… Frustrating. I got a #5 instead.

Terrible employees.
I didn’t know about the ‘no alterations’ policy so I asked for onion on a slim sandwich and he said he couldn’t add any toppings to those, so I asked if I could just order some on the side and that was enough for him to get belligerent about whether I was going to order or not. I feel like a sucker for ordering anyways and I’ll never be back.
On the upshot, I’ve had cause to use the word, «petulant,» for the first time time in years.

Abysmal customer service! I called for delivery, and the person who answered the phone took my order, got my credit card number, and told me the order would be delivered shortly. About a half-​hour later, I got a call from the store manager informing me that I am outside the delivery range, and that my order was ready but I would have to come pick it up. Really? They couldn’t tell me this before I gave out my credit card?
To top it off, once I was finally able to go get my order, the sodas they gave me were watered down from all the melted ice – even the drinks had been sitting there the whole time instead of being fresh ones.
There are way too many better places around to not get delivery from. Never again!
