We built our new home with Moceri Construction, our fourth construction project and by far the best! We engaged Tony Moceri prior to buying the property, his counsel was invaluable and help determined our final bid for the property.
Tony and our project manager, Saul Whitworth, were involved throughout the design process. Conceptual concepts were measured against costs, with the final product being a home my husband and I were eager to build and could afford.
The construction process was a true pleasure. The team of experienced craftsmen were a joy to work with, creating many of our custom elements from a photo or sample mock-​up. The team kept us apprised of decision timeframes, we were able to make the tremendous amount of choices in a well-​planned environment. All sub-​contractors were equivalent in skill and ethics; Moceri Construction has developed a strong relationship with the top providers in the area. And equal to the quality of our build, the project stayed on budget and on time. Any cost overruns were driven by us, the Moceri team was flexible and creative with the changes we wanted to make.
We couldn’t be happier with our beautifully built home. Moceri’s support post construction was superb; all minor issues were dealt with immediately and under warranty. Tony and Saul have kept in touch since completion of our project; their customer service is outstanding. From the first design input to the final touch-​up paint, this is the most outstanding team of professionals we have worked with. We highly recommend Moceri Construction!!!
