I usually check-​in rather than rate businesses but Steve has been exceptional so I wanted to make sure I give him a review. I went to visit my friends family in Burlington, WA and they told me they needed re-​leveling done on their mobile home. We found out about Steve by searching mobile home repairs in Burlington, WA and his link
popped up. We called, he gave us a quote, and he came within 2 hours and re-​leveled the mobile home. Not only did he re-​level it, he also found some other issues, which we never knew about, and gave us a discount off the entire work and it was cheaper than the quote he gave us over the phone! He totally under promised and over delivered! Super friendly and cool, I would definitely recommend Steve if you need any mobile-​home work done!

I contacted Steve about Re-​Leveling my parents Mobile Home. They’d lived there for quite some time so when I began to notice small things here and there and began doing my research, it turned out that their home was not level. Steve gave me a quote over the phone for them and we set a time for him to arrive. I assumed he’d show up looking grungy and unkempt but his attire was professional and he was very polite and kind. Needless to say, he did his job as described, explained how his services would benefit us as far as heating costs and gave us world class help. I would recommend his business to anyone!

Leveling my mobile home was the worst thing I could have done as it jammed three doors, floors are squeezing, skirting stay down as mobile home went up that created a gap between the two which exposes the installation and the worst of all are the cracks in the walls inside of the house. This is a waste of money. When I called he gave me a phone number of a handy man that would make the repairs at my expense.
