Pizza Queen

Ordered an hour and a half ago, still no food. Called to cancel and had the worst customer service ever… no apology and the girl hung up on me. Called back to speak to the manager and he was just as rude. I understand things get busy but from a customer’s point of view this is not my problem. So now its almost bed time for my kids and i have to pull dinner out of my a $$…thxs pizza queen

The fries were gross, hard, and cold. The food wasn’t that good. I won’t be going there again. On a positive note delivery was reasonably. Quick and price was okay.

This is my go-​to-​place for pizza. When ever I call up to order they always say 45 min but it ends up being 15 min for delivery. Easy online ordering and great customer service.

Got a steak sandwich here… not too bad. Average quality and price. The restaurant was clean but empty for lunch. Would give it another try.

I am HUGE on customer service. A company could have the best product in the world, but if their customer service is lacking, I’m out. End of story.
Pizza Queen had me pleasantly surprised. Tonight I ordered via the online menu. (I love when restaurants have this!) Their online menu could use a lot of work… Many obvious spelling errors throughout, and currently having an issue with customizations to your meal.
These issues caused them to get my order completely wrong. I ordered a cold sub with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles… They gave me a hot sub with mushrooms, olives and feta cheese. Same thing, clearly.
So, I gave them a call. What unfolded is the reason I decided to give them 5 stars. The woman I spoke with was happy to get a sub remade for me without question, and she kindly explained to me that they’ve been having issues with the online menu lately. Mind you, this was about 10 minutes before they were supposed to shut down for the night.
I live right up the road, so I told her I would come swap out the subs. I did this because I was floored with the ease of getting my issue fixed.
Food was great, and I will definitely be keeping them in mind for future business!

We order take out from here often and everything we’ve ever ordered has been delicious. I’m a big fan of their pizza and the chicken cordon bleu calzone is definitely tops.

Food is alright but not the cleanest place. Look at the windows. Every table was dirty. I have picture on Facebook were we kill 2 flys. I think to kill flies with napkins there was a lot of flies

pizza and subs are good. The place is clean. Solid place. :)

Erin’s right — this place is consistently good. There are lots of pizza places around, and we have most of them on speed dial, but this is the one our kids like the best. My favorite (at least during lent) is the vegan hand-​tossed. Very nice.

They have a large menu with plenty of options. There wraps, subs, and french fries are great to. I am never disappointed, and its always our fall back joint when we can’t figure out whats for dinner. Great prices, great people, and great food. (and they deliver!)
