Went for dinner and was impressed. Our server was friendly & very attentive. Our food was delicious. We shared some chowder & clamcakes to begin, and then had the veal parmesan(a special last night) & a cheeseburger club. The music was was a nice mix of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, etc. Just perfect for this little gem. A nice place to bring a date. Small, cozy, with a relaxed, casual yet classy vibe.

Very disappointing. Nothing is homemade. The service is poor. I had the chicken fingers and French fries. The chicken fingers had no taste and under cooked even for frozen chicken My son had the soup. It was clearly a bagged soup and very salty. Our server dropped off our food. Said here are extra napkins but she never came back to check on us. I needed a refill on my soda and had to ask another server for it. I don’t recommend.

Prices are way too expensive. Breakfast can be $ 15! The waitresses kill me. They are so rude and make you feel like you are ruining their day by actually ordering something. Omelettes are delicious. Western is one of the best I have had. Home fries are boring. Staff and prices are what makes us not become regulars.

Having been in the restaurant business my whole life, just retired from it, bought a groupon… which I was never a fan of when I served/managed, I saw this restaurant on the groupon site… so I decided to buy one… We live in Franklin, so visited this place… My friend who lived in Bellingham always spoke highly of your establishment. Well the food was great, service needs help, but I get it, she was sweet and said she was new… Sadly every table around us complained about the groupon. I hope the owner is going to read this. Bottom line, you buy a groupon to bring people in, it was valued for 30 dollars… fine print, no alcohol, tip, etc… as a manager/server I always would ask my patron if they had one, explained the rules, etc… if they did not spend the total say 30, I would advise them to get dessert, app, all that good stuff… otherwise they would lose the difference, even tho they spent half the price tag. We still honored it regardless… Long story short, they demanded you spent the 30… we had drinks, not included, tip not included, get it… LOL I was amazed… so we ended up getting a side of sauce for 2.29 to make it 30… a tiny side container mind you… This poor woman just getting off her nurses shift was getting takeout and was told she was 6 cents short and could not use it… At this point I had to go up to the takeout counter and guide the poor girl. She said, that is what we were told. Wow OMG… feel bad for the lack of education on the groupon… no cash back, if you spend 25, you mark it as that… does not have to be the full 30… I guess you will see how this will all settle, we were only there for 40 minutes and every table, takeout was pissed off… Hope you read this and I don’t mean any bad press, just learn the rules of the groupon… simple… train your staff, and whomever is the manager, never saw you on floor to help those poor girls… I wish you the best of luck… in the future I would not promote the groupon, they can hurt you if you don’t do the right thing… each server needs to ask the question… «do you have a groupon? and explain how it works… saves alot of people being confused and unhappy… I wish you all the best of luck… 25 years is not joke, management needs to be present and train staff… that is all…

It’s about time to rethink my prior review. Yes, as always it was very busy on a Sunday morning. I was upset that no one even approached me for coffee. We all have crazy days, even in my business. I miss the breakfast group, as well as the occasional lunch or dinner. It’s time for me to bury the hatchet. Hope to see you soon. Doug

Hands down my favorite place to eat breakfast & has the BEST pizza. I wouldn’t recommend getting breakfast past 12 pm though, because the morning cooks prepare it much better.(Given thats what they make everyday) Pizza is phenomenal. Wouldnt choose any other pizza over theirs. I really wish they delivered though. Ive had everything from chicken parm & pasta alfredo to homefries(my absolute favorite). All super yummy. I would eat their homefries for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Extra crispy though is a must. Would have given this place 5 stars if their service was better.

Best place hands down! My family and I have been going here for as long as I can remember. We’ve never had a bad experience here and we are a party of 7! The staff treats you like your just part of the family and are so welcoming. They have everything and breakfast all day long! I’ve also had them cater a party of mine which was great and had gotten everyone there hooked on the place as well!

Be careful when you order. Asked for omelet with cheddar cheese and got American cheese. Waitress said sorry. Still got charged $ 8 and only able to eat partial.

BEST breakfast anywhere! Been going 25 years. Consistently good; real potatoes, eggs cooked perfectly every time, Excellent omelettes and perfect French toast. Service very quick. Reasonably priced. Never paid more than $ 20 for two. Small place. You may have to wait on a Sunday morning but it’s never for long. All booths, tables don’t move tho(cemented to the walls) so if you are a Plus Size person, you may have trouble fitting.

Nice atmosphere with nice staff. Clean with lots of booths. They have pretty much everything on their menu and offer breakfast all day. Breakfast is ok and the sandwiches/wraps were pretty good. We weren’t impressed with the pizza or the burgers. We particularly enjoy their Cuban sandwich & the turkey fresco for a quick lunch. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this place but it’s convenient.

Pleasant staff, wonderful relaxed atmosphere. The food is delicious, the portions are very generous. This is our 3rd visit, and may we say, this place knocks it «out of the park» every time!

This place always has me coming back! Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty breakfast at 5 pm or Mediterranean this is the place. I recommend the spinach pie with soup. Also have by far the best home fries within a 20 mile radius.

We come here every so often for breakfast, but we have a love/hate feeling. We really enjoy the food and haven’t been disappointed, and if it was based solely on that that it would be more stars. I love their S medley personally. Unfortunately their prices for breakfast are a bit absurd which is why we hate it. A side of corned beef hash costs $ 4+. It’s from a can, and a small amount. It’s so tough because we like the food, but to pay $ 40 for 2 people for breakfast…

I grew up in this area. Bellingham palace reminds me so much of my childhood. Every weekend morning/evening, having a family dinner — great food, especially breakfast !!

We have a love/hate relationship with Bellingham Palace, so I’ll split this into pros and cons. PROS: –Extensive menu and reasonable prices. –I believe they hired a new head cook several years back and their food got noticeably better. The«Bullseye» is my favorite breakfast item while their chicken parm and pesto sandwich is one of favorite lunches around. –Italian chicken orzo soup. Literally my favorite soup anywhere. I’ve tried recreating it at home and can’t come close. –Menu is extensive and you can’t go wrong with almost anything on it. CONS: –If the tables are full, there’s no where to really stand and wait without feeling like you’re in the middle of the room with everyone staring at you. –The fountain soda costs more than the coffee. –The waitresses are EXTREMELY hit or miss. Some are sweethearts while others(one miserable old«redheaded» hag comes to mind) are not so much. It’s almost like playing Russian roulette, hoping you don’t get the bad waitress after you seat yourself. All in all, I highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch, hell, even dinner. Just hope you get a good waitress and it’s not packed.

This place has the opportunity to be so much better. Food is honestly delicious. Both times that I’ve gone, it hasn’t disappointed. The omelets are amazing and the eggs benedict is onpoint but it’s the service that lacks. We waited for quite a long time and the overall waitstaff has absolutely no personality. I’m a huge breakfast and diner person and one thing that really makes me come back is the kindness of waitstaff; particularly if it’s a family-owned restaurant. If they have that warm friendly feel, I would honestly go for that feeling with mediocre food than delicious food with cold attitudes. I will also say, breakfast is extremely expensive for the area. It seems a little off considering the location of this place. I’d come here again and give it another try but I won’t consider being a regular at this point.

Wow, I loved this place! Having lived and/or worked in Woonsocket for my entire life, I was surprised to realize that I’d never even heard of Bellingham Palace until I was searching on Unilocal one day. With such a high rating on the site, I knew that I needed to visit right away and check this place out. And what an awesome surprise it was! When we walked in at 3pm on a Monday and were the only people there save one other couple, we were a little bit nervous. But as soon as the waitress came over with our cheese fries, we know we’d hit gold. Man, they were good. My boyfriend even deemed them«the best fries I’ve ever had!» That’s one heck of an accolade. We also ordered a Monte Cristo, the Chicken Cobb Salad, and the Taco Pizza… all of which were absolutely delicious. We also had amazing waitress service — she was funny, timely, and sweet. I couldn’t have had a better time… we will definitely be coming back soon!

I was viewing their menu on their website and called to order a Parmesan crusted chicken sandwich. Their online menu had the option to add fries for $ 1.00. I asked for fries to be added and I was told it would be $ 1.99 extra. I told the person taking the order that the menu price was $ 1.00 so she checked with management and was told not to honor their menu price. I will never order from this shady establishment again. I highly recommend original house of pizza right down the street.
