This review is solely based on the customer service provided by Rebecca. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with her a couple of times at night. Yes I’ve been here a few times after a night out. She is one of the most pleasant and polite employees I’ve ever seen in the fast food industry. She seems to have a GREAT attitude and I hope it’s appreciated by managers.

Stopped in for a box of variety crunch tacos and burrito supremes for the kids lunch. Went thru drive-​thru — Menu board says 12 box of variety tacos goes for $ 14.99, but the register rang up as $ 17.99, and a burrito supreme listed at $ 2.99 went for $ 3.29. When I mentioned this to the person over the drive-​thru intercom he went to talk to the manager, and came back that it was their mistake, but it was still $ 17.99 for the box. False advertising clearly, and I’m sure they get away with plenty of «mistakes» through the drive-​in window.
Insult to injury was we asked for mild and hot sauce. When we got home, we had six packages (3 mild and 3 hot) for 12 crunchy tacos and 2 burrito supremes. Really?
Last time I visit this place — poor service, false advertising. Kids enjoy the food, if you can call it that. Better to pay for good service and better food.

Got my simple order all wrong I had to go back and wait in line for 15 minutes and get it again they must’ve handed me my original order bag because the food in it was cold like it had been sitting out forever. oh but I got to keep the bag of food filled with things I never order or would eat lol. And to think fast food employees think they should make 15 an hour.

I came here at lunch and went to the drive thru, when I got to the window, they had forgotten to make my order in spite of the fact that there was only one person ahead of me in line. Usually this location is decent though. Maybe they were having an off day?

Everytime I go I never have to worry about eating cold food. They are always quick, fast and hot. I haven’t been inside yet I usually just hit the drive through up. It was really nice that they stayed open when they were being remodeled

Fuck, I love Taco Bell. FILTB.
This one pretty much has it down. Consistently happy service, even at 2 AM when all the drunk people are coming home from Prov and need something to fill their angry stomachs.
I’ve been that guy. I threw up in the mulch next to the drive-​thru, then walked through the parking lot shirtless.
And there’s no other place I’d rather be walking around sans vom-​shirt than this place.
