Quiznos

The girl who I spoke with on the phone could not speak English! It took her ten minutes to right down my phone number. What a painful process just to order a sandwich.

I love the Quiznos food, but this one really lacks service. I went there yesterday, and after waiting in line, and listening to the staff treat the customer in line in front of me rudely, I decided to leave. The staff were repeating the list of options at super high speed, and the person ordering couldn’t understand them. I could hardly understand them and I know the menu.
This is negative towards that particular Quiznos which certainly doesn’t live up to the standards of other Quiznos restaurants.
There are plenty of other good restaurants in the Barkley village area, there is no reason to dine a a restaurant with rude staff.

Its just gros. i feel that the manager or the owner there has to train the staff. The sandwich was average. I feel less hygenic there. Will never go there again. I cant compromise my food not been made with attention

Sandwich was fair. Nothing special.
Didn’t appreciate that the high school girls spent more time on phone than my sandwich while making it.
They seemed annoyed to have to work some while at work. Daddy may want to rethink his business model and hire someone other than his kids.
2 stars for service and 3 stars for a meh sandwich.

So gross… today the manager was teaching an employee how to make a sandwich by using my sandwich as the demo. She actually had him put the meat on a dirty counter and then a dirty scale without paper or plastic underneath. When I asked her when she washed the scale last, she said she has washed it YESTERDAY! This was at 4pm in the afternoon. This means that every sandwich that had been made all day had meat that was spread out onto a contaminated surface without it being washed first. When I complained and let her know it was a safety violation, she proceeded to grab a dirty wet/​brown towel next to the sink and she wiped them both down and then proceeded to place my meat directly onto the dirty scale and counter again. EWWW! It made me wonder what else they are doing wrong behind the scenes to be unsanitary. If they aren’t cleaning the counter or scale all day and they aren’t using paper or plastic to keep each sandwich clean, it is a recipe for disaster. GROSS! I can’t eat here!

I really like Quiznos sandwiches. Most of the time you can get a large for around $ 5. There are lots of options and ways to fix it.
This is the only location I’ve visited, so maybe it’s the norm, but it usually takes 15 minutes to get a few sandwiches made, so it’s a bit time consuming. Many of the employees here seem to be new each time we visit, so they are learning the ropes and you have to watch them so they don’t mess up your order.

Great food, friendly service! The fresh brewed iced tea is horrible though.
