Buffalo Wild Wings

I visit many BWW and I must say that the service I recieved from Kristeb was the best I have ever had at a BWW. she was so personable and seem genuinely excited to help me.
the food was perfect and came in a timely manner.
I would ask that they update their beer selection as a lot of the BWW in the market have more of the Boulevard seasonal on tap.

May be fortunate events but I have been to the Belton location multiple times; sometimes twice a week and I’ve never had a bad experience. This place can get packed on the weekends. My wife and I have waited 45 minutes before and still left happy and full. If one thing could be changed id say add more sauce to the wings but I’ve always asked for extra and it was brought right out.

I love B Dubs for sporting events with all of the TV’s and the food is always consistent. However, we live in Grandview and drive to the location at 135^th and Metcalf because the service is so much better. The bartenders at the Belton location are usually slow and not very friendly. My biggest gripe with this location is children sitting at the bar which has happened on multiple occasions. We have seen children sitting at the bar as young as 3 or 4 which is completely unacceptable, even if they are with a parent. There is no place for a child at a bar where adults are drinking. In a perfect world, a responsible parent wouldn’t think about sitting at a bar with their child, but it seems to be very common at this location. I have never seen a child sitting at a bar at any other B Dubs location. It makes the experience very uncomfortable.

Jake and Brandon made me not want to return to BWW, let my friends and I eat our dinner. Food and drinks were good though

Pretzels cold as ice, queso fries gross and fried pickles gross. This foods a joke all fried crap. Who eats this nasty food…

Atmosphere is fairly standard for a sports bar — typically crowded, tightly packed bar, overworked servers, and almost obnoxiously loud.
The drinks aren’t bad, although it seems to depend on the mood of the bartender at any given point. The first drink was well mixed, and the second weak and watered.
We ordered appetizers, which only took about twenty minutes; surprising, when you consider just how few servers were available. The food arrived hot and was shockingly good.
We continually had to flag down our server for refills and new beverages. We also ordered and entrée to go (we had no desire to continue screaming a conversation), and were utterly disappointed when we opened the box to find a sloppy burger and a handful of old fries.
That was my third experience at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings, and most likely my last.

Service is okay. Food is okay. It’s clean, which is nice. Fun place to watch the game, but other than that I don’t really have a whole lot more positive to say about it.

I have been to B Dub’s 3 times, in 2 separate locations. The staff has always been smiling, happy, and friendly. Service has always been prompt and efficient. Their food is tasty and while not being inexpensive, is reasonable, considering the ubiquitous big screen TVs. No less than 20 in the small Belton dining room. The food choices are varied enough to please most adults and their mini minions. There is an enormous listing of sauces to choose from for your chicken/​wings, from suckling baby mild (not official nomenclature) to flesh searing spice (mere hyperbole). So feel free to pick your poison. I love the Mango Habanero, definitely not for the faint of heart, and the Asian Zing was mildly spicy with Classic Asian flavor combinations. Feel free to ask for samples of the sauces so that you know you’re gonna love the taste and spice level.
All this considered… a solid score. The one important complaint I have… inconsistency! The first buffalo ranch chicken wrap I had was seriously lacking in chicken, but was packed with yummy fresh lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The second one was huge succulent pieces of breaded chicken, but low on lettuce etc. the most recent wrap was skinny pieces of breaded chicken that was almost all breading. If I love something… I want to get the same mouthwatering perfection over and over again! Huge Faux pas B Dub! You score a 3 out of 5 stars. Touch down? or fumble? You just never know.

Been going here for years, they recently changed management and have gone down the drain. The other week I was in there with a 9 year old kid that I was babysitting, and while we were standing at the pickup counter, the food was wrong, so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes, it seemed like we were bothering the staff by wanting the order corrected. Then a staff member dropped the F-​bomb 3 times right in front of me and a few other customers, and his manager. The manager did nothing, I called, he apologized, promised to make it right and send coupons, I’m not concerned about the coupons, I’m concerned about the customer service. It has now been about a month since he said he would send me stuff… I still don’t have it. After many negative experiences here I will not be going back. I’ll drive the extra to Lees Summit if I crave it.

Nice place to stop and have some appetizers and drinks with friends and watch your favorite sports event.
The food was good. The wait staff was slow.
Wings are good, of course. Sliders are a great option, also.
Parking is a little tricky and can be a little crowded on game day, but a great time anyway.

I went here because they were broadcasting an MMA fight I wanted to watch. It was very busy which is not uncommon when bars show PPV fights and the greeting staff did a good job of getting people to sign in as they came in and getting them seated as people left. Got seated and the waitress wanted my order right away. I explained I was only there for the fight but might order something later. She came back by 20 minutes later and asked for my order again. Feeling a little awkward, I ordered 18 boneless wings which was about $ 16. I thought that was a little steep, but wanting to keep her happy and to try and compensate the place for showing the fights, I ordered them. When they came to the table I seriously thought it was a joke. For a restaurant with «Wings» in the name I was expecting some very good wings. What arrived at my table in 2 very small paper cups was the worst excuse for deep fried breaded chicken I’d ever seen. It was obvious the chicken wasn’t pre-​seasoned, the breading wasn’t seasoned except for the seasoning choice I’d ordered. In one of the cups it was clear the seasoning I ordered had been dumped on 2 of the 9 wings with the other 7 wings completely unseasoned. The «bbq» wings I ordered looked like they measured out 1 teaspoon of sauce and distributed it among all 9 wings. My daughter and I ate one a piece and couldn’t stand the thought of eating any more. The waitress didn’t even comment when she took away 16 uneaten wings which leads me to believe this was a pretty common occurence there. I’ll never go back.

I love the wings, but I really don’t like the atmosphere.
Perhaps they should rename it as a «Sports Bar,» because every time I go in there with my family, we can’t even hear each other because it’s so loud from the game volume.
The servers are always wonderful, and my whole family loves the menu.

I go here because it’s great location for my group of friends. When we’ve had a horrible day or just need to de-​stress we go sit in the bar area and receive fantastic service. The service is quick and friendly (I’ve only ever been in the bar area so I can’t comment on service in the dining area).
The food is what you’d expect from your typical Buffalo Wild Wings (I think they put way to much sauce on their wings hence why I order the sauce on the side).
All in all this is a nice place to go for a drink with friends.

Just can’t get into the layout, the atmosphere, or the food in this place.
