Gatti’s Pizza

My Daughter and I have a Gluten Allergy and I have been a fan of Mr. Gatti’s Pizza way before I found out I had an allergy. When I found out I had a gluten allergy, my pizza world was shattered. Now fast forward to 2015 and Mr Gatti’s now has gluten free crust. Lets pause and rejoice to the pizza god’s…(Pausing giving thanks for gluten free crust) So as a recovering pizza addict, I decided to call today and order my favorite pizza, a hamburger and onion on a gluten free crust. After I placed my order, the friendly voice on the end of the line says to me, «is there anything else I can get for you?» I replied, «do you have any other gluten friendly options available to me?» She paused, and replied, «No, Im so sorry» I asked her, «do you make dessert pizzas on your menu?» she said, «Yes» I asked her, «Have you ever made a dessert pizza on a gluten free crust?» she replied, «No, I have never been asked. I would be happy to make one for you if you would like to try it.» my reply, «Let’s do it!» So she made me a gluten free Cherry Pizza, I have to tell you, It was amazing. If you have a gluten allergy and need a fix for something sweet after your gluten free pizza, Mr. Gatti’s has the answer. Gluten Free Dessert Pizza. Thank you guys for being awesome and really going above and beyond for a customer with an allergy. Who knows maybe they might just add gf dessert pizza to the menu…

Need to step up their game if they want to compete with the other local pizza places! 2:00pm and the pizza on the buffet is dried up or over cooked. The pasta is dried up! Tables are sitting dirty and several employees are just standing around! You are better than this!

I’ve loved Gattis for the longest seeing I came from round rock! The home of gatti land! This location isn’t the greatest! Every time I seemed to go pizza to go the toppings seemed to be burnt and over cooked. Even my dessert had a black tint to it from being in the oven too long. It was okay, but if your going to round rock I’d always give that location over this location anytime!

I love Gatti’s and this location is nice and clean. I love the smoked Provolone that they use. Plus the buffet allows you to try new flavors and toppings.
