IHOP

The service here is pretty bad. Got seated right away but the wait staff is pretty bad. We sat for 15 minutes just to get our drinks. Then another 15 just to order food. They were not busy in fact the hostess said we just missed the rush. If your in a hurry might want to think twice about here

I’ve come here a lot in the past I expected a Saturday to be busy but wow these was bull I sign in and my party is completely ignored they cleared the waiting area twice and I told them I was offended. They quickly seat me and what happens im brought to a table they just cleaned the plates of another guest off of it wasn’t even wiped down thanks for the sticky table it didn’t even have silverware settings out out really disappointed

Do NOT go here ever!!! Absolutely hated this place. Have never been treated so rude and disrespectful in my life. We been driving for 5 hours and stop for a «quick» dinner.
There were about 5 servers smoking outside the restaurant (should’ve know then but we are in a hurry). 20 min to get seated since we had to wait for them to get back in the restaurant. Then she sat us and after about 30 more minutes another server comes and ask if everything was ok my husband said we just want to order (I wanted to cash out and leave). We order and in about 30 more min our food was on the table. There was about three other customers, empty and I see why… IHOP restaurants are usually crowded. Is in their best interest to get people in and out quick. This restaurant has the worst service ever.

Always like to come here always enjoy there food. Very nice and clean and always has room and people are nice.

I used to love this place, but I think they had a change in management because I’ve noticed that the service has began to decline and the food isn’t nearly as good as it used to be. It also seems like they almost never have enough staff on hand.

Typical IHOP, Nothing too special, but our food has always been good.

I saw a cook digging in his ear, I saw a server scraping something off the side of a glass seconds before he poured orange juice into it at someone’s table, my water glass had bits floating in it, the bacon tasted funny, the pancakes I ordered looked nothing like the picture in the menu, my food wasn’t hot, drink refills were never offered. We won’t return.

OK yes I know another chain, and what is nice about chain restaurants is consistency. Hubby and I went to IHOP to eat after church today. An incentive to check out the IHOP in Belton, which use to house a Country Kitchen a few years ago, is that they participate in Ray-​Pec Educational Foundation’s fund raising discount card. Always nice to get a «deal» when eating out, so that’a a plug for the cards kids sell for school, but I digress.
The deal at IHOP was buy one entrée and two drinks get a free entrée. Since breakfast IS my favorite meal of the day, it wasn’t hard to give IHOP a shot. We took advantage of their Double Cheese Scrambles combos. Hubby and I both got the spinach cheese scramble. There was a good amount of fresh, yes fresh, spinach in the eggs. The combo came with hashbrowns and we ordered bacon. The bacon was crisp and salty, and the buttermilk pancakes were good.
In terms of restaurant condition, this store was cleaner than most IHOPs and our server was fantastic. We did not have to ask for refills on our Diet Cokes, she anticipated when they were running low and just brought refills. The space was also not overly crowded, in that some other IHOPs I’ve eaten at the tables are on top of each other. It was a nice setting to eat a relaxed meal and chat, it was also consistently busy. We were not rushed to get out after we ate. The franchise owner was at the cash register when we checked out and wanted to make sure everything was OK and pointed out the survey on the receipt for a free short stack.
When I’m thinking about breakfast and need a pancake fix. I’m going back to THIS IHOP.
