Horrible customer service. Their drive thru employee wasn’t even smart enough to turn off her mic and started talking about customers and swearing right after we finished our order. There is no excuse for such incompetence and mistreatment. I’ll never return to this arbys and I intend to make Sure everyone I know does the same.

This Arby’s is nasty. Every time I get a roast beef sandwich from this particular location, the meat is grey, chewy and old-​tasting. It will leave you with a foul taste in your mouth as well as an aching stomach that no amount of Arby’s sauce can surmount. I don’t know why this Arby’s is so bad, because I’ve eaten at Rockford locations and had no issues. My suspicion is they don’t swap out the old meat as often as the ones in Rockford. You’ve been warned. .. stay away from this spot.
