My husband and I have an inside unit in the complex. The site is not properly graded and during a heavy rain, water poured into the unit and ruined everything! The management was not helpful and said, «what do you want me to do about it». In the high desert, who would think you would need floor insurance? We had no recourse do to not specifically having floor insurance.
This must have happened before, why wasn’t the grading repaired? They had to have know that this would happen every time there is a heavy rain?

Summary: Clean, inexpensive, secure.
Janis and Keith really run a quality organization here (and are friendly too). The place is clean and secure, the rental agreement makes sense, the prices are very reasonable, and they offer automatic payments — which will keep your stuff off the show «Storage Wars». It’s everything you’d want in a storage unit provider, with no downside that I can see. Highly recommended.
