I called every storage place in Bend and they were all booked! When I called Northwest I thought «Oh no, another voice mail!» However, the nicest, most professional woman, named Kathy, answered the phone and helped me out. She took a walk around the place for me to find me one last spot. Phew! (We had been pulling a trailer from CA and had nowhere to put the contents.) When I got there, her helpful companion was there to greet us with a wag of the tail while Kathy explained everything easily and guided me through the process. The unit was clean and I appreciated that she sold locks in the lobby for my convenience. Overall it’s been an awesome experience!
