These guys put their tenants first. They call if there is a billing issue, rather than just automatically impose a late fee. One or more times my kids have left stuff (trash) outside the unit and they gladly dispose of it. They are just the best. I have been with them for almost 6 years now and they have only raised the fees once and I think it was only a small amount. 5 stars for All Star.
