Great place to find rare bottles of beer in Bend. I went in looking for hard to find barrel aged beer and was happy to find a nice selection and the prices were good.

You simply will not find a better combination of price, selection, and genuine comfort when it comes to seeking out great beer in Bend Oregon, than at this establishment. What they ‘got’ you can’t fake or make-up. It’s real.

We were visitng friends and cruising around town and needed to get some beverages for a night in with home made chili! We looked up liquor store or Unilocal and this was the closest location — and darn aren’t i glad we did! A full 2 walls of bombers and single bottle of all kinds of beers! It’s a great place to try different kinds of beer, but not large quantities. There is also a great little bar in the basement where you can try beers on tab. I’ll definitely make it a point to stop in again next time i’m in town!

I was in Oregon on a family road trip and wanted some beer souvenirs before heading back to NorCal. I specifically wanted local brews I can’t get in NorCal(ie, no Deshutes, Rogue, Ninkasi since those are quite popular down here). These guys were super knowledgeable and very friendly. I totally scored a bunch of great brews at a great price. I wish I could have stayed for the bar downstairs. The building is an old church converted to a home brew store and a great selection of beers for purchase and a pub — praise beer!

I really like going in to The Brew Shop. They are always so helpful and encouraging. I am a novice home brewer with a bunch of questions. They always take the time to explain. They never look down on the new brewers but always offer help and little tricks that they have learned. If they dont know the answer, they will either look it up and get back to you or they will get you in touch with someone that can help with the answer.

I was extremely pleased when I walked inside and discovered several coolers of fine beer. The cases are labeled by state and country as you move around the room. Many hard to fine beers as well as great well know labels. A real gem for Bend OR which has become a well recognized location to enjoy beer.

What a phenomenal beer selection, with excellent prices as well! Earlier this month, a local recommended The Brew Shop to my wife and me over lunch(we’re from California). We were blown away when we stopped by the store, as we discovered a huge selection of top-notch beers from California and Oregon all at great prices(many of the beers produced by local microbreweries cost less here than at the breweries!). I couldn’t believe my good fortune, as The Brew Shop had cases of my favorite beer of all time, Stone’s Ruination 10th Anniversary. I bought 16 bottles! Every time I return to Bend, I will definitely visit The Brew Shop. I have yet to find its likeness in California!

If you are looking for help in learning how to brew your own beer/wine then this will be a good place for you. They have all the supplies you need and also offer classes as well. They also have a huge selection of craft beers from around the world.

Growler for how much? Under $ 5.00?! Cool! Growler = ½ gallon. They also had all of your other needs for making homemade brew beer, wine, and sodas. We purchased a few things for outgassing and cleaning the carboy. I just finished making a 5 gallon container of plum wine, and I was a bit SOL in the storage department. Thank God for visiting this shop and grabbing a few Growlers for next year’s batch. Now, if you trek downstairs, there’s a bar downstairs. Too bad it was only 11 a.m. on a Sunday, so we just looked and had to leave. lol
