It’s so odd to me that there are NO reviews in existence for this caterer because they are absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, Rich (the owner) was so open to all of our ideas. We did not do a tasting, as it was not offered to us and honestly it is understandable for the price you are given. We paid 42 a person — which included three hot entrees, three salads, two sides, bread, 12 passed appetizers during cocktail hour, water, linens, plastic plates, silverware, a bartender, and servers. It was an extra 85 for clean-​up and an extra 85 for ice. We provided all of our own alcohol and soda. I was a little nervous because as I said, I did not taste the food before the wedding. I was also nervous because we dropped a tiny bomb on Rich by telling him we did not want any meat served at our wedding. He was so amazing about it. He replaced all of the passed appetizers and made special accommodations to the options he had available so they would not include any meat.
The only thing I have deducted any stars from is the inability to pay with credit cards. It’s kind of inconvenient in 2015 when a business doesn’t accept any kind of plastic payment.
Everyone l-​o-​v-​e-​d the food. Including us! It’s always hard to eat at the wedding, at least that’s what everyone told me — but Kyle and I found a way to scarf down all of our food because it was DELICIOUS. The servers were so kind and fun, they seemed genuinely excited and happy to be there with us. I was so thankful that it all turned out the way it did because Rich seriously went above and beyond to make our day feel like OURS in every way. Thank you for your hospitality!
