Had such a great experience coming here. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and efficient in tending to your needs. If you’re a contact lens wearer like me, you’ll even be able to get your contact supply the same day you walk in. Such a lifesaver when you’re in a hurry to leave for vacay. If that’s not reason enough to love this place, I don’t know what is!

This place has got a wide variety and great prices! My whole family comes here for eyewear and we’ve never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful so we’ve referred other friends and family as well. Love this place :)

One star for Eason, super friendly and helpful. He apologize even tho he wasn’t the one that service me. Worse customer service experience ever. Wasted my time to go back twice just trying to get an eye exam but the doctor wasn’t there. Why would you tell a customer to go back when the doctor wasn’t there. I was so pissed off and asked all my paperwork back the guy (blonde) refused to give me back my stuff and tell me everything was in the computer if we want to see it we can still view your information. Really!!!

I had managed to crack my glasses frames entirely in half, down the middle making them completely unusable. I rushed to V Optical because they were close to where I live. The gentleman that helped me first was very polite. As per my request, he tried to help me order the same pair of frames to save money by reusing the lenses. Unfortunately, I was notified that the model was no longer available. Another very nice woman spent a lot of time helping me choose a pair of nice frames.
I went on Memorial Day weekend and they had told me the lenses wont be coming in til next Tuesday due to the holiday. The nice woman went above and beyond by finding a pair of frames that my old lenses fit into and allowed me to borrow them for free until my pair came in. The frames that they lent me were also name brand and by no means cheap.
This is my first time purchasing glasses with them and I will definitely be returning to do business with them in the future.

Great selection of name brand glasses. The people are nice and willing to spend time helping you select the ideal frame for your face. I received my glasses quickly and hassle-​free. Also the prices are very reasonable. Definitely will return!

Great customer service and turn around time.

The employees, the service, the pricing; everything was great. I went in looking for a new pair of glasses and was surprised that most pairs I looked at were priced similarly to the prices on the website of the actual glasses manufacturer. After going to so many eyeglass stores and seeing what should be a pair of $ 160 raybans selling for $ 300 I was excited to see that they were selling a pair I liked for the same price as on the raybans site. The eye exam was quick and easy, and I only had to wait about 30 minutes to get my finished pair of glasses, prescription lens included! They have a very large selection of both eyeglasses and sunglasses, and the store is very clean and well kept. One of the employees helped me find a pair that looked great on me, which I really appreciated. They were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I know where I’m going back to when I need another pair of glasses.

Great services; the prices are definitely cheaper than other places. The ophthalmologist is really nice and patient!!! She answered all my questions in details. There are variety of glasses for different ages of people. Most importantly, the glasses are affordable and fashionable. I strongly recommended people to take a look at this store before deciding to buy your glasses somewhere else. Plus the contact lenses that I got her are also a little bit cheaper than other stores.

Typical eye glasses spot. I specifically went in there for a $ 50 pair of glasses and they try to make me pay $ 450 for a name brand one. I already have one and it is totally not worth the money for someone who doesn’t even wear glasses often. None the less they were all nice, they lost 2 stars because of the eye doctor. Feel like she just didn’t care. Also the eye doctor was whacko… She goes to fast when she’s doing an eye exam. I better stick to my original eye doctor spot
