Good customer service is clearly not their forte. The tellers are slow and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I try to avoid this branch whenever possible.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: ONLY READ THIS IF YOU HAVE A CAR!!!
Generally, I’m not the type that would go ahead and review a bank just for the sake of reviewing. But I absolutely love the idea of not having to find parking, just so I can pull out some cash from an ATM machine, especially when we all know how hard it is to find parking in NYC.
I know I might sound corny and I might come across like a typical city hillbilly, but DAMN the conveniences were definitely a huge plus because all I had to do was to roll down my window (yes, my car is that old) enter in my pin number and BAM out comes my cashflow! I mean really… how awesome is that :)))
