These people get customer service. Great staff and great suggestions that were most appreciated. The facility is very clean and the concern showed regarding how my unit was configured before I showed up on site was extra appreciated. I loved the way the 10×20 was split into two 10×10s, that configuration was perfect for my needs.
I highly recommend this place first because of their staff and then second because of its cleanliness.

Really accommodating. My only issue is one of the elevators has not been working for a while it seems. The access code is a little long. I do recommend them though because the staff especially Corey are really nice.

Summit, NJ
Both the facility and the management at Extra Space Storage in Berkeley Heights, NJ are impeccable. I use my storage space for pharmaceutical work and I’ve been extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the storage unit and most of all how helpful the manager (Roman) has been. They accept shipments and are a delight to work with. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage In BH for professional and personal use.
