I never did describe my experience ! It was GREATTT HE fixed my laptop for a very nice affordable price and I will be coming back to have my computer cleaned! He replaced my monitor and I didn’t spend a lot (Hp wanted to charge 349 $$ and a private company said 250!!) but luckily I got my computer fixed and I will return again and send all my friends thank you so much again !!

Keith, the owner of 1UP Wireless is the guy to fix your Iphone. He’s very professional and know what he’s doing. He also has good prices and always willing to help you if you are in a hurry. The store is clean and very organized. Thanks again Keith!

I brought my phone to 1 UP Wireless to get a broken LCD digitizer repaired. After calling around, I found Keith who offered me the lowest rate on an already expensive repair. Even when the first replacement part came in defective, he went above and beyond to quickly solve the situation and repair my phone as quickly as possible.
I would recommend 1UP Wireless to anyone looking for affordable cellphone repairs, devices and/​or phone plans. My thanks to Keith again.

Like you, I have little time, money, patience, and knowledge of how to fix my phone. Keith was great about diagnosing the problem, fixing it, being up front about the prices, having it ready superfast, availing himself to my barrage of questions, being friendly and patient with me (I’m quite the talker), and explaining what problems may arise and what to do about them.
Even if other places were just as nearby, just as affordable, with equally easy parking (he let me take my bike inside, AND my dog!!), I’d still go there because he’s friendly, trustworthy, too decent for me to use potty mouth in front of, and won’t look down his nose at me for not knowing the first thing about the gadgets I so frequently break. Yep. They’ll be seeing more of my frazzled chatty face!

The manager there was awesome. He replaced my broken screen while my phone was in shambles. he reassembled the pieces for me, cleaned the charger port and put together my phone with the new screen on it. I took it home but noticed the home button was still off — I took it back the next day, he repaired it at no extra cost and made sure everything was satisfactory. The manager is a man of his word and his work speaks for itself. Definitely recommend 1 up — good prices and great customer service.

The owner is so helpful. I went in not knowing the difference between unlocking and jail-​breaking. He was very clear and explained my options to me. I got my iphone unlocked while I went around the corner for some gum. It was a breeze.

This is a great store, I go there twice a week to see what’s new or to get answers about I am having with my computer. I have bought accessories for my iPhone, Blackberry, 3 chargers, other things. The prices fit into my budget.
The other great thing about this store is that it has a great bill pay machine. I have a very busy schedule and it is very comforting to know that I can pay all my bills in one stop; especially my auto payment. I have never seen a bill pay machine that covers every bill that I have.
This is a clean little store with many items, including many $ 1.00 items; aside from cell phones, games, monthly phone service plans (no contracts. The owner has really done his homework on this store.

Don’t you hate when you’ve left your charger at home and need a replacement but don’t want to spend $ 20 on a traveling charger?! I know this feeling all too well since I’ve been traveling more and more between the Bay Area and LA.
My friend recommended this shop that had plenty of phone accessories so I tried it out. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was I able to get a charger for my phone for $ 10 but I also bought a case for my Iphone for $ 10 (it’s snazzy red) and these dope aviator glasses for $ 2!!! I felt like running out just in case he changed his mind!
While I was there I looked around at what else they offered and saw you could pay bills, buy Wii games & accessories as well as activate Pay-​As-​You-​Go phone plans. It was pretty awesome considering it’s a neighborhood shop and gives you all of these options at a reasonable price.
The owner even said he could do a bulk order for me for my job! This place comes highly recommended!
