Honestly helpful! Be advised I was not in a rush. Dropped off an I phone 5 the ear speaker, speaker was not working, and abruptly shutting down. Offered to give a diagnosis and let me know exactly what would be needed. Got everything completed the same day they had called me for reasonable pricing. They were very informative and helpful to accommodate everything that was needed in a timely manner. Plus warranty, highly recommended!

Great customer service and very fast repair!

I have a broken screen for my iPhone 5s and brought it to Cellular Link store at 102 Dixon Road in Milpitas and Tim (the technician) had taken an excellent care for it with a reasonable price $ 99. The service is super fast: 10 minutes and I am a very happy customer.

Cellular Link is great! I shattered my iPhone 5S front screen and they finished fixing it in 6 minutes! I used their $ 5 for $ 10 Unilocal deal and it was about $ 90

BADASS! I stopped in around 2:30 in the afternoon and they helped me out immediately. LCD on iPhone 5C was broken and I didn’t have a recent backup in order to get my contacts and other info off of it. He spent about 15 minutes checking it out and swapping out another LCD in order to unlock the phone. The Tech said it wasn’t worth the money to completely replace the LCD since I had already gotten another phone. He unlocked it for me so I could access it from my computer and didn’t even charge me anything! Everyone in the store was friendly and courteous! Definitely recommend!

They have a lifetime warranty on the screen repair, and apparently my iPad had gotten crinkled on the corner; so they warned me that the glass might want to come off. And later it did. Except this time somehow the whole iPad has gotten bent which is causing the glass to want to lift from the adhesive. They happily repaired the adhesive on the spot but also told me that I need a new case which would better secure the screen down. They searched Amazon and found me a good deal on a case to get AND then gave me an older model case which would secure my screen better than my current one until I buy one I liked better! They said that they don’t need this case back and let me have it to help me. Terrific service and care. Definitely you should go here. I rarely ever do reviews, but I was definitely impressed.

I can’t say enough great things about Cathy and Tim who work at Cellular Link. They are professional, efficient and most affordable. Between Los Gatos and Milpitas, there are several repair shops, I pass to et to them because none of them have a better balance of these four components I need; fast, efficient, professional and affordable. All in all, they have fixed 4 iPads, 2 iPhones and one droid. I would recommend these good folks for all your electronic repair needs. Thanks Cathy & Tim!!!

My nexus5 wouldn’t switch on. It was going on an endless booting mode when I pressed the power button. When I took it to cellular link they identified the problem as power button issue. Fixed it in about 2hrs for $ 79. Very professional.

Great place. Amazing service. Educated. That’s really all you need to know. They just fixed my iPhone 6 screen in about 8 minutes. They have lifetime warranty on the screens and screen protectors! Also great customer service.

Brought my phone in because it had some dust collected in the camera lens. Tim was so nice and replaced the glass for free because it’s still under warranty.

Cellular Link is the best damn hidden jewel to go for a multitude of services!
I needed my iPad 2 lcd screen replaced as well as the bottom plate. (My son dropped
it and cracked the screen and the corner
damaging both the screen and plate).
I Unilocaled and found that they were close to my house (about a mile) and offered a deal!
(They’re behind McD’s off of N. Milpitas and Dixon in a small portion of strip malls in the Lion Market Center).
C/​Karhy (sp?) was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and really made me feel welcome. She assessed the damage and made sure there was nothing else wrong (she’s very efficient and thorough) and let me know how much it was to fix, and when it would be ready. And I could have the original bottom plate back.
«CL» is the best place I’ve been to so far!

Great experience. Repaired our cracked iPad in a few hours. Price was less than other place I checked. I will come here again if we (shudder) break another device.

Very honest business. Called to get a quote for fixing my broken Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge screen and the gal I spoke to looked up the price for me and told me I’d be better off paying the deductible through my phone insurance as fixing it would be at least $ 280 (compared to $ 199 deductible). She also told me most likely I can get a new phone through my insurance rather than refurb since the phone model is so new.
Hopefully I don’t ever have to fix my phone again, but I would do it through this place just based on their honesty! Thanks!!!

Small mom n pop shop located in the lion plaza. First contacted them over the phone to see what services they had and inquired about the prices. Mother leung is leaving to vietnam and needed to get her phone unlocked within 5 days ($ 55 to unlock iPhone 6+). Luckily Cathy was able to help me out with the process. Whem we got to the store, she was very helpful and explained the process of using a phone internationally.
Overall, a pleasant experience and was able to get some discounts! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a friendly service for their cells at a great price!

Came in for a repair on my s5 screen. This place had a great customer service/​prices to repair the screen. Compared to other spots I saved myself some cash, they did inform us it would take 2 hours for the repair to be complete, it would be best to make a plan to drop the phone off and find a nice place to eat since it will be a while.

Called around and this shop was by far the cheapest. Needed a power button, home button, up volume button, front & back screens. Tim helped me out and was super friendly, he gave me an awesome price. You can change the color of the front and back screens for the same price. Friendly reminder that it’s cash only. Their staff is super friendly too.
I will make sure to come back here in the future and to let anyone I know about him. Thanks Tim I appreciate it!!!

It’s a sad day when you drop you iPhone face down and the moment you pick it up, it’s cracked :(
I came across this spot through a friends recommendation. The customer service is great! Very helpful and easy to deal with. From the time I dropped off my phone and picked it up, I had a new screen! I’m very pleased with the service here and would definitely recommend my iPhone buddies to come here for repairs.

No more Battery Problems!
I came here because my IPhone battery kept dying on me at irregular times. I decided it was time to get it fixed. My friend had recommended this place after she had her screen fixed. Upon coming into the store, I was welcomed with great, friendly faces. I told them about the issues with my phone and they knew exactly what to do. They started working on my phone and before I knew it, they were already finished with the repairs. They even gave me a few tips on sustaining phone battery life. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. If I have any other phone issues, this is definitely my first stop. Thank you guys very much.

Returned here for same service — screen repair on Iphone5. Disappointed to find price increased from $ 74.99 to $ 95 for exact service on same phone they fixed 6months. Price increase was due to «inflation» or lack of screens. I was offered a $ 5 discount. When I inquired about buying new phone, found the phones they show are told to be new but are refurbished in some way yet selling at new prices. I work for At&t and decided to leave. Too bad — was rooting for this small business.
