Mohammed came to my house to pick up my rug. That was impressive to me. My rug was DIRTY. A few weeks latter Mohammed called to let me know it was now CLEAN. Wow It looks Great. He is a true professional and shows a level of ability that comes from a trade being handed down from generation to generation. Great asset to the community.

Our Tufenkian rugs are probably the most valuable possession in our house, so we were somewhat nervous about having them cleaned. Mohammad Banie did an amazing job. He also sourced underlays that would work with our radiant heat (and wouldn’t melt onto our polished concrete floors) and he happily scheduled around our travel dates. He picked them, up and delivered them with a cheerful professionalism and enthusiasm. We can highly recommend Berkeley rug house for all your rug needs!
