This review is for the Boba tea only. Hopefully it is meant to help improve the quality as I am a huge supporter of small businesses. The price was reasonable.
Boba was not very soft. Only half the amount of tapioca balls given as compared to the picture. Little flavor as there was too much ice.

Really great addition to the Solano Ave. eateries. We had breakfast there and it was all made fresh with lots of care and love. Really good French toast and eggs. The prices are extremely reasonable. And the value is high. The couple who own it used to own a place in SF that was super busy. They also have boba. YES I SAID BOBA! I’m super excited to have a boba place so close to me. It’s places like this that make me laugh when I walk by some of the more commercialized places like Starbucks where people are waiting in line forever to get a cup of coffee when they could come to Jin’s and get a great cup of coffee and a bagel or some other tasty treat in a few minutes. I look forward to trying Jin’s out for lunch!

Solano Avenue is a nice place to have a pleasant stroll in a fall morning. And it complements perfectly if you have breakfast or lunch at Jin’s café. They have a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. I recommend the Lox bagel if you are having lunch and I regularly refresh it with a strawberry banana smoothie… YUM! And if you are going for breakfast, then they have pancakes, eggs and bacon, and lots more.
The couple that runs the café are very nice people too. They make sure that you are fully satisfied before you leave and they also welcome you as family when you come back.

Though I’m sorry to see Tangerine close and the old owner retire, the new couple opening seem very nice. But the biggest change seems to be a much wider menu with lots more options for both breakfast and lunch. The bagel sandwitches are good and their iced coffee is perfect for my daily jolt. Looking forward to trying out the rest of the juice and smoothie options now.
