This is the Mrs. Fields you want to go to if you are in Berkeley, not the store on Telegraph Ave at Channing. The cookies, brownies and ice cream are much fresher, and the service is much better. Each time I come in here the same woman serves me. She is always polite and professional. Also, they usually have a brownie special, buy 3 get 1 free. Sometimes you can purchase day-​old cookies on sale, as well.
There is also an array of beverages… coffee, tea, water, sodas on tap, etc.
