Sharon Krieger is personable, professional, knowleageable and completely awesome to work with! The support services associates were equally as wonderful. Together, they are an amazing team that makes the purchasing and customer service processes seamless. Sharon gave us GREAT advice on which models of Wallbed and Platform beds to choose for our specifc needs. We bought two wall beds, one Cal King platform bed with headboard, two night stands, and two custom fit wall bed sleeping sets specifically designed for a wall bed (a brand new and fantastic product). When it came to minor adjustments and repairs that were needed after installation, Sharon responded immediately with excellent customer service and complete resolution. Also, they have a wood repair and restoration expert there who is an absolutely brilliant artisan.
We looked everywhere including the internet for quality Wallbeds. We are so glad we eneded up at Wallbeds ‘n’ More.
