We visited Comfort Zone’s showroom in Berkeley to look at Murphy beds for our condo in Hawaii and settled upon three cabinet beds. It was our intention to include these beds in a shipping container in which we were sending the rest of our household items on very specific dates. Sharon ensured that the cabinet beds were delivered to the store from the factory in time and arranged for store employees to deliver them to us and assist in loading them onto the shipping container. The container was trucked to the Oakland port and loaded onto a ship headed to Honolulu. It was transferred to another ship which sailed to the port on Maui, and then it was trucked to our condo on the other side of the island. When we finally unpacked the beds from the factory boxes, we found absolutely no damage caused by the complicated shipping process. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with these high quality, compact beds — we have slept on them ourselves and found them to be super comfortable. I highly recommend Comfort Zone, and Sharon in particular, not only for the quality of their products, but also for their superb customer service.

Go see Sharon! We purchased our Murphy bed from the Berkeley store and absolutely love it! It is such an amazing addition to our home furniture collection. We were fortunate enough the «score» a floor model that is gorgeous! The craftsmanship of the bed is superb and it is made of real wood.
We had a little hiccup with the installation, but Sharon ensured that everything was «handled.». She provided «top notch» customer service which means a lot to me. Although the store is a little pricey, you truly get what you pay for and it’s worth it! Everyone loves our Murphy Bed! Thanks Sharon!

We got a couch that opens to a long twin bed that is super comfortable. The kids fight about who gets to sleep on it!
Then we got another one for a rental. Perfect extra bedding!

Got a bed there a over a year ago and the guy name Jamie that helped me was very nice. I heard he does not work there any more for what ever reason BUt John is still there and i think he may be the owner or manager. John is very nice. Hope to buy again from them and the prices are great.
John was very nice he ad to come to my hose a few times because the bed broke on me. He came to my house on his time off to get the bed fix. THanks again John.

super nice — one can deal with him for better price. Very pleasant to deal with. Delivery is optional — owner will deliver himself and assemble it for you. Good experience!
