Nice girls working today. Helpful and friendly… And super busy but they are bosses I tell you! Keep it up. Good selection of flavors. Wish there were healthier ones. Yogurtland never really disappoints.

I love froyo, and this place is fantastic! Typical set up, you fill up a large or larger cup with as much froyo and as many toppings as you’d like, and pay by the ounce.
My personal favorites are the sorbets. They’ve had a delicious pineapple flavor, cherry lime, and now rocket pop, which is the absolute best I’ve ever had. They have several constant flavors, though I never seem to like those as much as the seasonal sorbets sadly.
Lots of toppings to choose from, everything from chocolate syrup to fresh fruit or even fruity pebbles (which are delicious with the pineapple sorbet in case you were wondering).
It’s a great location, right in the heart of downtown Berkeley. Except, I always seem to pass it when I’m walking home from the gym and it’s difficult to resist the refreshing deliciousness.

A fine place to go if you like frozen yogurt. Their flavors rotate, so you can try something new if you keep coming back. Personally, I just prefer thicker desserts, like ice cream or the frozen yogurt at Yogurt Park.

It’s a little run-​down, being smack in the middle of downtown Berkeley, but the kids working here are super-​friendly, they’ve got all the flavors you know and love, AND…
…they have a squeeze bottle full of Nutella.
I feel like I’ve said enough.

Been to this Yogurtland a couple times now over the past few years. It has some really great flavor a (Oreo cookies n cream is to die for) and the place is well maintained. I enjoy their fresh toppings and the not so healthy options (captain crunch and tons of sweets lol). I dropped by here the other day with a friend while we waited for our movie to start and the guy behind the counter was very nice. It’s a nice place to drop by to get some fantastic frozen yogurt for a pretty good price!

Always friendly and always have more flavor options than the one on Bancroft. Parking can be a pain but once you’ve got it, this a great location with a good waking around around shattuck. Dude, today they had maple donut flavor AND donut pieces for toppings!

If you are in the mood for a solid fro-​yo experience, Yogurtland is the way to go!
When you arrive, the staff always give you TWO+ sample cups… which is much appreciated. I hate it when yogurt places chince out and give you just one cup. The yogurt flavors range from basic (French vanilla, double-​dutch chocolate) to the more daring (red velvet cake, cupcake batter). Next come the toppings: these range from fresh fruit to cookie batter bites to sprinkles. Everything you could ever want. Load em up, folks! YOLO.
The service is good. I liked it when a goth fellow named Dark used to work there. He wore a nametag that said ‘Hello my name is Dark’… and then he changed his name to Ghost. It was the best. He doesn’t work there anymore… but it was always a treat to see Dark/​Ghost there, all goth’d out, serving fro-​yo. Excellent.

Yogurtland is always top notch and this location did not fail to deliver on that promise. They had lots of great flavors and toppings. The price was decent for the area and the staff were friendly.

Yogurtland hits the spot everytime — good selection of flavors and customer service is always courteous. They also do their best to keep the tables and floors clean. But avoid YL when the high school kids are out at lunch or after-​school. It’s a nightmare. Any other time, though, just go!

This YL location’s flavors are aite. Nothing spectacular.
The location is poppin’ spatially… as I’m sure many Cal kids come here as well as locals since its on the always-​busy Shattuck street. It’s located right by a cinema too, so there should always be people going in and out of this spot. There are enough tables for a few couples or small groups of friends to chill here, and our cash lady was smiley and polite on a Saturday night! Cheers to you, girl. The tables/​chairs themselves were a bit sticky, but nothing I’d complain about.
My favorite YL is still gonna be the Cupertino location because of its unique and wider variety of flavors. Not hatin’ or lovin’ this place.

Yogurtland has been my favorite dessert location for years, and when it opened in Berkeley I was more than ecstatic as it was right next to my house. I normally come here at least once a week, unfortunately, I doubt I will be coming to this location as much.
I rarely compose a 5 star review on Unilocal,but I was meaning to after last weeks visit. However, after coming here tonight I will not be giving them any stars. Actually I have to because the minimum for Unilocal is 1 star, and I’ll throw them another star just because it’s my favorite place, and the other employees are usually nice.
Today, Sunday January 4, 2015 at exactly 10:28PM, my girlfriend and I stopped by here just before making it home hoping for a nice visit and a tasty treat. When we stepped inside the store, no one was inside, including a single worker. I myself work at Jamba Juice and know what it is like to work closing shifts. The store isn’t scheduled to close until 11PM, but 32 minutes before closing, not a single worker was standing in the lobby visible to customers. We waited almost 5 minutes but no one came out so we walked outside to check if the store was actually closed, but it wasn’t. We almost went home but I insisted on getting Yogurtland because I really wanted it. Finally an old boy, (I wouldn’t call him a man because he had absolutely no manners), Caucasian i believe, wearing a green polo (manager position?), came and when my girlfriend asked «Are you guys still open», he said «unfortunately» with the worst attitude. If he doesn’t want to be here, have someone who deserves the pay to work instead. This is the first strike he made for the night. I was already starting to get irritated, but at least he gave us sample cups. We then commenced on figuring out what we wanted to get, but as we were looking at the signs and deciding what to try, he comes and butts his face in front of me and starts jamming black rods into the machines. Does he have no customer service at all to wait until we are done with a certain flavor before coming in front of our face to do it? That was strike 2. At this point I was beyond irritated and I just threw the sample cups away and grabbed the bowl to get my yogurt. When I walked up to the Plain Tart, he comes up and starts wiping the station, and he noticed I was waiting for him because I was just staring at him, but he didn’t budge, he just kept wiping for a good almost minute. Then he moved to the next machine to wipe it, and he knew I was still there but didn’t bother moving or asking me if I had a question. This was strike 3.
I will most likely never be coming to this location again. It DOES NOT matter if it is Sunday, Monday, Friday, or Saturday. No matter what time it is, if the store is still open, the employees should be doing their job because THEY ARE BEING PAID to do it. I really don’t give a shit if they’re going to close in 15 minutes or 30 minutes. You just don’t keep cleaning if a customer is obviously waiting to get something.
If this is how Yogurtlands’ employees treat customers, I’m sadly disappointed. Yogurtland has great desserts for a great price. Why not serve AMAZING customer service along with it. I may seem to be bitching about petty shit, but after working for my job for as long as I have and gone up the ladder, this is simpler than basic customer service, and this boy knew nothing about it.
UPDATE 1÷5÷14: Like I said, Yogurtland is my favorite dessert place to go to so I came back tonight, and he was there again with another employee, and this time he gave standard customer service. Maybe he just had a bad day, but it will take more than a coincidental after-​visit to repair my experience in this location.

A platinum yogurtland card holder, I pride myself in enjoying the simplest of concoctions, which is why plain tart with lots of fruit will just about do it for me. Although I tend to keep getting the same flavors, I still enjoy sampling new flavors, especially when they’re seasonal.
To me, Yogurtland is nostalgic because I first had it in college while at UC Irvine. The first time was enough to get me hooked for life. Here are the top 5 reasons why this place tops my list of favorite places to satisfy a sweet tooth:
(1) Surrounded by amazing restaurants that may trigger the dessert craving (BUILD & Toss are closeby)
(2) Free samples! Because nothing beats free!
(3) Reward program that is well worth it if you come even once or twice a month. I’ve had many $ 1+ off discounts, sometimes paying less than $ 1 for my cup!
(4) Bang for your buck– about $ 0.39/oz
(5) Large selection of yogurt & toppings– as of 11÷6÷14, there were the following flavors: plain tart, key lime tart, raspberry pomegranate tart, chocolate, strawberry, pudding pop, pink lemonade sorbet, pumpkin pie (seasonal) & then some!
(6) Customer service is great! I was almost always offered a sample cup & a warm smile when I walk in
I find that Yogurtlands seem to pop up dangerously close to where I live. But I don’t think that’s such a bad thing.

Good, for a chain.
What does Yogurtland have going for it? Options. A whole lotta options. I appreciate that they offer two types of Vanilla, both with the actual bean. I also appreciate the Salted Caramel the times that they have it.
Why not 5 stars? Well, the quality is good, but not great. It’s kind of like Target for housewares. Generally, everyone is pleased.

Yogurtland is always the right answer.

I seriously love Yogurtland. I could pass by a milk tea shop AND a Paris Baguette and practice self control really well. But once I come across a Yogurtland, I head straight inside and get myself a cup of yogurt. Yogurtland is always generous with their sample cups and their prices are cheaper than other frozen yogurt places. My stomach is a sucker for the plain yogurt. With blueberries, strawberries, and mochi. AH. So good.
I’m writing a review particularly for this Yogurtland because the customer service here was solid. I saw one of the employees hold the handicap button to keep the door open for an old man slowly walking down the ramp to step outside. Like.

Thank you Yogurtland man, whoever you are. I can’t remember your name because I had to gooo sooo bad (peepee dance)!! You showed me where a restroom was when no one else would. For that you are my hero! I offered to buy a yogurt and you politely said don’t worry. there is a bathroom right here. and then pointed. You are the most awesome dude in Berkeley!
Why downtown Berkeley stores/​shops/​Starbucks/​Peets/​movie theater? Why must you shun and mock me at my most vulnerable and needy moment? I would have paid that ten dollars for a movie ticket had you not sneered at me and then turned your back. I would have bought that $ 2.50 cup a joe, had you not said that your bathrooms were «closed for cleaning» in two different coffee shops… was it just a bad bathroom day?
Oh, and froyo is awesome here!

Easy parking. Great customer service. Cute spoons and cups for yogurt. I really don’t enjoy Yogurtland’s froyo, but I can’t help but cave in to buy some for their cuuuuuteeee spoons!

Food: I LOVE FROYO!!! (Just as much as i LOVE boba… yes i have a major sweet tooth) They had so many flavors that I love today such as peanut butter, pistachio, devil’s food cake, dark chocolate, and cookies n creammmmm~~ yummm! I ended up getting pistachio & peanut butter with almonds and fruits~! :)
Price: $ 3.68 for 15 oz.[I got a coupon from facebook for 5 oz free and that gave me a $ 1.85 discount! :)]
Tip: — Search ‘likeacoupon’ on facebook for the free 5 oz coupon! It’s good until 9÷15÷13! :)
Conclusion: I love yogurt so i will DEFINITELY be back to any Yogurtland!

Still just a typical yogurtland joint with pretty much the same toppings.

I feel like the cashier at this location is always a lot more welcoming than the one on Bancroft, but at the end of the day, I just go to whichever location I am closer to, ahha.

We walked in because I wanted the new black plastic spoon Badtz Maru & the Hononlulu Hello Kitty paper cup.
Wasn’t very hungry, I got 4 sample cups & shared 2 of them. Tried Peanut Butter & something else. No Taro at this location!
I got $ 1.30 worth of froyo, no toppings, it’s 37c/​oz. I got my Badtz Maru spoon & Hononlulu cup.
Close to Downtown Berkeley Bart — just walk a few short blocks.
