Great staff and great subs. I love what they stand for. My favorite is their turkey… ladder I believe. They have SOOOOOO many hot sauces

I’ve loved firehouse subs since living in Arizona and was so excited when I saw one Pop up in the area. The yummy subs and meats are always fresh and tasty. The salad when ordered for catering is super pretty. They cut and design it so nice, a real hit with my clients! The only thing I would ask and my reason for giving them a 4 is please mark the sandwiches by name. When ordering more than one they put numbers on the subs and don’t give you a sheet to know what those numbers represent… so you have to open each sandwich and make a small mess to figure out which one is for whom! Overall, I’m sold!

It’s all about grilled subs for some reason. The concept has been done before, but there’s always a shop that perfects it. Welcome to firehouse subs. First time coming here seems to feel a little intimidating. It’s kind of like walking into a snooty coffee shop barking out Italian words to suggest coffee sizes. Don’t know what to get? There are set signature sandwiches for you to pick from on a board above the cashier. The subs are a little bit on the smaller size. Don’t let the size fool you. Remember the phraze, good things come in small packages? This, my friend, is no exception to the rule. The sandwiches are packed with a lot of flavor. Grab a baggie of chips, select any flavor coke in their new gen coke machine and you’re on your way to a really good day. The staff is very nice and friendly and they even deliver your sandwich to your table. So bring a friend or a family member and have yourself a nice lunch. Firehouse Subs, you make delicious sandwiches I’ll see you again next time. Thank you for reading my review. God Bless. Follow me on instagram and snapchat: rodtorres3

MMMMmmmm!!! Honestly, I love this place! It’s the perfect lunch spot when I need something quick. I always hate myself after I get McDonalds or Burger King or any other kind of fast food but this place has a great little menu which has low calorie sandwiches and everything there is delicious. I miss the little coffee shop this place used to be but I’m really glad it turned into a Firehouse Subs!

Honestly, it was my first time going to Firehouse subs last night and I can say they did not disappoint. I have a big appetite and they filled the hunger within. I couldn’t even finish a whole sub. They are way better then subway. Their meat is actually fresh, the subs look appealing when you get them as if you were looking at the menu. They put the word craft into their subs. I had the meatball sub last night and it was even better this morning when I finished it off, it was simple yes, but it didn’t nees the added veggies you would top on at subway to make it feel like a meal. Truthfully, their meatballs were even bigger, and so much more filling. They even have a better selection of chips, I loved that I could have funyuns with my sub and it was one price for a combo not an additional 2.50 or what have you to add a drink and a measly bag of chips. I am definitely making this my new stop if I am ever in the mood for subs. Thank you for making some awesome subs, definitely better then subways and it made my stomach feel loved!

I have to admit im usually a little skeptical of chain sub restaurants. The care is usually not evident which is why firehouse was such a pleasant surprise. This is really the best darn sub place. The atmosphere was well thought out. It kept really well to its firehouse theme. The service was phenomenal. I have a habit of joking and picking with staff when i walk in and none of them missed a beat and took everything with good nature as it was intended. Now the subs were amazing. I’ve tried a different one each time and while some are better than others, each of them were extremely tasty and well made. They haven’t gotten around to delivering to residential areas yet, but once they do the other sub places are in trouble. I already consider myself a regular, cant see that changing anytime soon.

Best sub place I’ve been to so far, I had the #10 smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket and it’s the best sub I’ve ever had. Hopefully I will get tired of it and try something different because that’s all I’ve been ordering. Food is great and all the workers are happy to see you walk in so give it a try.

Have had several subs from this location. Have always been ready on time and just as I requested each time. Clean eating environment. Staff funny and helpful. Love the hot sauce bar. Just wish spinach was available as an option, in place of lettuce on subs. Have returned several times.

This could easily turn into an addiction… Yum!!! I really enjoyed the Hook and Ladder sub on wheat bread served warm! The taste was awesome and the ingredients were fresh. I also like how they share the calories of each sandwich. I wish more restaurants did this, it’s very helpful! It was also nice to see a wide variety of sandwiches under 500 calories. They have a hot sauce bar with a large variety of bottles, which is pretty neat if you’re into hot sauces like I am. They also have one of those futuristic coke soda machines with every combination and flavor you can custom flavorize yourself. I’ll be back! I’m not a Subway, Quiznos, or Jimmy Johns fan.

First of all, I consider myself a connoisseur of Submarine Sandwiches; I consider them to be a serious category of food and have pretty high expectations for what I consider to be fair, vs good or great. In my opinion, this place is just about as good as it gets for the price. I say that understanding that Firehouse is positioned as a ‘fast casual’ experience so it’s not as fast as Subway, but the food quality is much, much better. That said, I’m a total junky for the Italian, fully involved(their lingo for with everything) which comes with the meat and cheese steamed into melty goodness, the the veggies fresh and crisp. They even throw in a pickle sphere; it’s all fantastic. Only two things I’d like to see improved: 1) Most Firehouse locations put a bottle of their signature hot sauce(which is delicious and not too spicy) on each table, but this location puts one bottle out at the counter and you have to fill little cups up. Quit being cheap and let that sweet sauce flow, you’d probably sell more! 2) I wish there was more parking, it can be a pain to find a spot. Other than that, it’s great. Check it out!

Tonight was my first visit and I can easily say it’s my new favorite sub place! Their subs are flavorful, the bread is soft, and they have lots to choose from! I also love the way the place is decked out in a firehouse motif; too cute! I’ll definitely be back.

One of the best tuna subs I’ve had to date came from here. I got it on wheat bread and the sub itself must have weighed a pound! The turkey club is also very good as is the grilled veggie sub(which has about 11 different veggies and 3 types of cheese!) If you come in on your actual day of birth you get a free medium sub which is cool. I would recommend trying this place out! I like it better than subway and jersey mikes!

Outside of IKE’s in San Fran, this is the most legit sub chain I’ve had… and I’ve had most of them! What kept it from being a 5 star? Sub Chains, for the love of god, can you get some fun sauces? Look, I know they have the hot sauce bar… and that’s well and good… but, like way too many chains, their options for sauces rarely venture beyond mayo and mustard. It’s damned annoying. Oh, and not that I’m holding my breath… but a sub shop making SOMETHING from scratch would be pretty cool. The meat is decent quality, and they don’t shot change you. Bread is solid. I’ve had 2 different brisket based sandwiches, and they were both tasty. Service was a little slow(just over 10 minutes to get 2 subs when they weren’t that busy)… and I was a little overwhelmed by the 3 different ways I was asked to donate money. I still prefer to keep it local and hit up mom n pops… but I don’t have much beef with Firehouse.

I like firehouse. I’ve been going for quite a while now and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The food is good, and they have one of those custom coke machines; which is always give a place super bonus points. Its a little pricey but at the end of the day worth it. Their sandwiches make subway look as low rent as they are, and shows how stale jimmy johns bread really is. My only gripe with this place is do not like pickles. If i say no pickle don’t give me a damn pickle; its going in the trash. Kudos for wrapping it up so it doesn’t pollute the rest of my meal; but save yourself the food and paper cost and just don’t give me a pickle… ever. They are vile.

It’s like Quiznos, but a little better(which isn’t saying much). Their subs are definitely light on meat, they’re over priced, and their customer service sucks. The girl that took my order wasn’t too interested, had no enthusiasm, and seemed like she’d rather be doing something else. The guy that was handing out the sandwiches gave my lunch companion’s order to him«to go» when we ordered it in, also didn’t seem to care much about what was going on, and he seemed to be the manager(older fella in his mid-30s), and seemed like he couldn’t care less about his job or what was going on around him. My sandwich was delivered to my table without sauce, and I had to get up and get it myself, but worst of all, the sandwich just wasn’t very good. I’d take Jimmy Johns or Potbelly’s over this place any day in terms of chain places. It’s easy to see why this place is always dead. FWIW, I ordered a «large» steak and cheese. I would recommend something else. It didn’t have much meat, or much flavor. I wasn’t impressed. I had a «large» sandwich, 32 oz «medium» pop, it cost me $ 12 without chips, and I left hungry. I was here during the middle of lunch rush and they were at maybe 20% capacity, and«to-go» orders weren’t exactly flying out the door.

I’ve been here twice now and absolutely love it. Prices seem fair. Atmosphere and décor are really good. Every person that walked in was greeted. Employees have always been kind and friendly. Hot sauce bar is a nice touch, though I don’t know how many people actually use it. Ample seating area. They seem to have a nice outdoor eating area, although I’ve always had my sub to go so I haven’t checked it out. Parking is a bit awkward. Food was delicous, always hot. Both times I ordered a veggie with mushroom. Wait time wasn’t long, about four or five minutes. Kids get a free firehat with their meal!

Just tried it. Sorry to say it was disappointing. Cool décor inside. Like the concept. Had an Italian. Cold. Toasted bread. Light on the meat(and this was a large which the worker says had more) so it was underwhelming. Meat quality of cut did not stand out. Toasted bread didnt seem toasted. Bread wasnt good. Sandwich had a slightly sweet taste. Maybe the bread? Wish I liked it. Check out my other reviews to see who has a great Italian sub. Wish them luck but probably will not be back. My photo does not do the sandwich justice. Looked better whn first unwrapped. Even the wrapper was unimpressive compared to butcher paper at a new fave spot. The hot sauce bar was cool. Seemed out of place though. How many sandwiches will people use these on? Just a thought.

Absolutely delicious! Thought I’d try the Hook and Ladder since it’s the most popular and it was my first visit. Lots of tasty meat and cheese with fresh veggies. The wheat roll was baked just right. I agree with others who likes the hot sauce bar. So many tasty choices and I appreciate the variety in both subs and condiments. My date had a 12″ sub #3 with corned beef and pastrami. I had a taste since there was plenty to go around. It was also delicious and full of savory meat. The servers were attentive and friendly today too. We’ll be back.
