Rumor has it that the franchise owner of this store is going to close it in the very near future because it is doing so poorly. Pizza Hut really, really struggles at this oddball strip center location. The other local pizza shops just destroy this place because they have much much better food and are much more friendly with much better service and much better atmosphere. Skip this joint altogether unless you want to suffer through a downright scary, disappointing and forgetful dining experience.

We thought pizza hut would be a great idea for dinner so we called see if they had a pizza and salad bar, we were placed on hold for five minutes… hung up and called again. Once we arrive at the restaurant, it took them 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged, 5 minutes after that we were finally seated. The lady who Sat us didn’t bother to get our drink order, instead said someone will be with us. After waiting another 10, no one came to get our drink order or greet us. The table in front of us noticed our frustration and suggested that we run while we still can because they had been waiting 50 minutes for their food, needless to say there were only two tables in the entire restaurant, not including ours. On top of that, the salad bar looked disgusting. We will not be returning, nor will suggest this location. A little hospitality and communication could’ve saved the experience, but the staff failed miserably.

So we ordered the new Hand tossed pizza tonight, total epic failure with re-engineering their recipe. Crust is too thick, and tastes like a giant wad of dough. Looks like they tried to copy Domino’s with the garlic butter on the edges. Newsflash– this is why I didn’t order from Domino’s and now won’t be ordering from you guys any longer. Goodbye and thanks for the memories.
