Horrible. The food is good but the business is unprofessional. They always get my address wrong. They then told me they don’t deliver to my area. They wasted my time and money. Thanks for nothing will never order from here again. Still haven’t received my food

My friends and I ordered one stadium sized cheese pizza on a Thursday night at 7:30, it didn’t arrive until 9:15. The pizza was ok, but $ 30 and a long wait was not worth it. Order from one of the 100 other pizza places in Oak Park.

Never again will I go here after Me and my boyfriend have been going here for YEARS. The lady at the register at 1:30am who claimed to be the owner, which she was lying, refused to serve us because we wanted to cancel our order of mozzarella sticks and wanted get a pizza instead. She gave us a horrible attitude for canceling and said we were high out loud and everyone heard, when we weren’t! Never again will I go here with their horrible service. Will call corporate tomorrow, even though she refused to give us the number as well! Very poor guest service for being the«owner».

Ordered a pizza from DiNico’s last night and was excited to eat it. When I opened the box it looked as if my pizza had been dropped on its side. Cheese was all over the box and very undercooked. Complained to the fine folks at Grubhub who were very nice and tried their best to get me a refund. Received a call from DiNicos today offering me 30% off my next order. Too bad I will never order from them again and suggest others not waste their money. What a joke!

Open 24 hours: what else do you need to know? Is it gourmet food? No, but it is decent. They have a parking lot, plenty of seating at 1am or 2am on a weekday, and the service is actually pretty good. We ordered a bunch of fried food, pizza, and a salad. It was just fine. We were so happy to find a place open after we had hookah that night. The restaurant was clean but I did not venture into the bathrooms. The food options are plentiful and typical of your Chicago quick Italian cuisine. I might come back if we are in the mood for fried food again when in town. Overall, definitely worth a visit or two.

Dinicos is one of those places where you can say to yourself as you leave with your food like, «damn this is like the frickin most biggest slice of pizza yo». And guess what! It’s only for 5.50 $ the dough is and crust and be a little bit too thick, but you can get a slice with a thinner crust. To sum it up. Dinicos is a great late night place and dinner food where you leave feeling satisfied with the price you paid and a good portion of food.

For being open 24 hours and having decent size servings they are ok. The downfall is that 90% of the pizza is dough! This seems like the place were you come at 3am to get food from a long night of drinking. I wouldent order anything off here. The pizza really has no flavor all you can taste is dough. The staff lets just say they have no personality and not personable what so ever. Ive ate at this place twice and both times I have had an upset stomach. If you want to eat a pile of dough, this is the place to go. You get what you pay for i guess.

Did you see the size of that pizza slice?! HOLE-LEYCRAP. If you have a pizza craving, come to DiNico’s for your fill! This is a go-to– to stop at for late night pizza. There’s not a lot of places in the area that are open late for people who have been drinking and need some fuel. That’s the thing about Chicago. Places close so early! This is not NYC. Affordable price too. Smothered with cheese. Hot and fresh. DiNico’s is popular for a reason.

I have ordered several times from here because I love their baked mostaccioli. Usually when I order I receive everything I ask for but the last few times my order was incorrect; for example I received a small pizza instead of a medium and regular mostaccioli instead of baked. This time I called to inquire about a refund because they forgot my cannoli completely. I’m usually easy going but enough already. I called to inquire about the missing item. Employee answers and places me on hold, then activates the call and I hear his manager screaming at him(rude). He then tells me that I will have a credit for the next time I order. I then said I would like to receive the credit, he says I can take your credit card info and I’ll wait for my real manager to come back but I doubt we can give you a refund. I will not render my info with the prospect of a refund. Between the incorrect orders, employee interactions in the background, and method employed to rectify my problem I will take my patronage elsewhere.

I order a slice of sausage pizza. I ask could the add pepperoni to the slice. They put the pepperoni on the pizza without heat the pizza up.

Got the thin crust pizza with sausage all over, onions on half, and giardiniera on the other half. I had it delivered. The pizza would be fantastic if the crust were better. It’s too thick to have this dry cracker texture. I loved the toppings, especially the way the cheese was perfectly browned on top. Delivery was fast. I liked being able to order online. I’d order again, but not before trying to find a better thin crust somewhere else.

Awesome fish dinner for lent. The tartar sauce was also very tasty. Everything was fresh and hot, fries were crisp.

Need to double up the sauce and the cheese for that amount of bread but fairly good nice spot to hang out

Ever since I moved to a new area, one of my main goals has been, and always will be, to discover/try every pizza place in the surrounding area. I finally got around to trying DiNico’s earlier this month. I ordered a large sausage pan pizza. The delivery was reasonably timed and friendly; a small but undervalued aspect that I personally always appreciate. The pizza was the perfect size. Some places try to skimp on the size and cut corners but DiNico’s was great. For me, and I think for most pizza enthusiasts, the most important parts we look for in the pizza are the sauce and the dough. The dough was fine in it’s own right, but the hero for DiNico’s pizza was the sauce. There was a nice, thick layer, that was truly full of flavor. Plenty of sauce there, which I like. I wish I could’ve gotten a second opinion, but I, proudly, smashed this entire pizza myself. Don’t worry about my health though I did like, at LEAST6 sit-ups after. Overall, I definitely enjoyed DiNico’s. Being that Lou Malnati’s is still in my vicinity, it has stiff competition, but I can say that I will for sure order another pizza from here.

I’ve tried to give this place a chance actually twice, but the pizza is Okay, however my biggest issue was the staff, the ladies were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. I am pro-customer service and this establishment by far has some of the worst. This was on 2 out the 3 attempts I made… I make sure none of my friends or family dine there.

I went in for the first and asked for two slices of pizza the girl behind the counter hands me two mini cups for pop I told her I just want the slices she TELLS me that it comes with it. Which made no sense to give ONE person TWO small cups. But anyway I had to wash the cups(at the pop machine) out since she had her fingers all in them. The pizza was nasty as hell: the sausage was barely decent & almost no sauce and the meat lovers was sh*t. The crust was so bad I thought I bought a slice of pizza but there was so much bread to the crust I walked out with a sandwich. I think I will cross this off the list for future purchases.

DiNico’s is like an old friend. You can count on it because you know it’s always gonna be there. It’s open 24 hrs 7 days a week. Perfect spot for those partying late or for those working nights who are in the mood for pizza or burgers at 7am. They give you 2 big slices and a small pop for next to nothing.

Always hits the spot! Where else can u get a fat slice w/drink for $ 5. Only 4* cuz they use alot of dough, not enuf cheese.
