We were scammed by a Craigslist offer on Thanksgiving Day last year and these folks really came through for us. We showed up at their door hardly expecting anyone to be there given the holiday and were thrilled that they were able to salvage the weekend for us by finding us a great rental that was probably even better than the one we thought we were getting. Can’t say enough good things about the customer service they provided that day making sure we got settled and were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving Day in spite of our scammers.
