Spent hours on the net only to end up frustrated and still without a Birthday present for my wife. Bit the bullet, still in workout gear and stinking of sweat I hit the Mall and oh the MLK Day mania. Found Pandora approached the counter of four customer-less ladies. Three suddenly found the ceiling more interesting to look at than me. One nice lady looked me in the eye and inquired of I needed any assistance. I engaged and noticed her wrists were tastefully dripping with charms. I quickly let her know the contents of my Wife’s wishlist and also inquired about a regional charm. Sasha, knows her product and how to sell it well. For a guy who came in looking like a pan-handler she still gave me the respect any customer deserved. I reciprocated and spent a couple hundred dollars, she responded and educated me with little known tips and tricks. Fifteen minutes later I was back in my car and leaving the mall ribbon wrapped Birthday gifts in hand, knowledge in head and a smile on my face. That smile was contagious and lit up my beautiful wife’s face. Going to the mall saved me hours of supposed interweb convenience, wish I had done so days earlier.

I don’t know what kind training or system they have but I have a very bad experience with them. The manager and staff are not really profesional. The mall in Bethesda, MD⁉ Come on… They should have better customer service or better team. So disappointed. Never shop there.

I don’t understand how every pandora store I step into seems to have the most inattentive yet abundant staff behind the counters. Where is the greetings? Or the ill be right with you? Or any sort Of acknowledgment? It must be a company standard. The more this happens the more I never want to buy pandora beads again, though luckily there are always third parties. Sad that such a lovely store that is so bright and inviting can lack warmth.

I came to this pandora to buy some charms for a friend’s birthday. I waited patiently for someone to help me, there were three employees and two customers(myself included) but two employees made eye contact with me but continued to busy themselves with a catalog instead of helping me. I gave them a minute and started looking around by myself. After a couple of minutes(10? Maybe) a woman came in after me, she stood at the counter about three seconds before one of the women approached her and asked how she could help. The other STILL stared at the catalog. No one helped me find the charms I’d seen online so I got a gift card instead. Extremely disappointed with the customer service here and would recommend you look elsewhere for your pandora needs if you’re a young person like me. Clearly they cater to the middle aged at this store. And ONLY the middle aged.

I heard about Pandora through a friend & I’ve been to the store before, although it’s well staffed I felt like I wasn’t very welcome. I was only looking around, trying to get an idea of what kind of bead to get my mom as a gift and was feeling a little lost. The person helping me made me feel rushed, and kept looking around as if something better would pop up. Grant it, I was honest and told her up front I wasn’t buying anything. But that doesn’t mean I’m not as worthy as the next customer spending money that day. She could have easily convinced me to get a bead that day, but didn’t seem interested in having me as a customer. I ended up going home and doing my own research online. I called the store to see if the beads and bracelet I was interested were in stock, and no one answered. I called the Mall help desk to confirm that the number I was calling was the right one. It was in fact a perfect match. I called four more times and again no one picked up. Why go to a store where customer service is terrible and your money isn’t wanted?
