Pink Palm

I have visited this store multiple times and the employees are incredibly rude. They don’t provide assistance when you are browsing and when you go to purchase an item, they act like it’s an inconvenience since they have to stop browsing Facebook to make a transaction.
Also, don’t bother exchanging or returning an item here. They have a 14-​day exchange/​return policy and if you do try to exchange an item, they act like you have seriously inconvenienced them. Do yourself a favor and go to the Lilly stores at Montgomery mall or Tyson’s instead and avoid Pink Palm like the plague.

Really good selection of Lilly Pulitzer, among other similar brands. Clean store. The sales associates are extremely nice, helpful, and cheery — I went in once when it was packed and the dressing rooms were being used for something else. Sales associates set up tent dressing rooms and managed a list of people waiting to try on things, something they didn’t have to do. Also, you can often find really nice stuff on sale. Worth visiting

Love this place! The décor is super cute and the sales people are very helpful. They have a decent sized sales section and carry some products that other Lily stores don’t.
They carry Rainbow sandals which is a huge plus. However they used to have them on a display and now they are just grouped into baskets by size which makes it much harder to find.
The displays in the windows are awesome and seem to always suck me into the store when I’m walking down Bethesda row. The outfits are just too cute! The salespeople are good at offering suggestions as well to help you achieve the look you are going for. They keep the store clean and well organized. The kids section here is bigger than other locations and they carry a wide variety of accessories that I can never find at the Montgomery Mall store.
Overall cute store and will def be back!

They usually don’t have my size (00, xxs) unfortunately and it is way smaller than Lilly store at Montgomery Mall. Still it’s conveniently located at the heart of Bethesda Row and they often have sales items. People who work at this store are pretty young. Some just like to talk amongst themselves but I really don’t want to be bothered by them anyway so I don’t care that much. They have huge sales events online several times a year.

This little corner store located in Bethesda Row is my go-​to LP (Lilly Pulitzer) store. They always have the best accessories available from phone cases, tablet cases, scarves, sunglasses and can’t forget to mention my favorites – the printed wine glasses (I WANT THEM ALL). The garment and accessory collections are wide spread and, therefore, there is always something to purchase (or glare at). This store is also my favorite spot to catch great items on sale! Their sale section – when facing the store front – is in the back left-​hand corner and it is pretty large (all the time). I come here first to check for my sizes before I head to Montgomery Mall.
The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Whenever you need something just ask! If the store does not have your size, they will order it for you or call around personally for you – saves me the hassle.

Excellent selection and very helpful staff! A dress that I tried on and really liked was a little snug but they did not have the next size up (6). The salesperson called another store right away and I will be able to try on the new size in another day when it arrives. All in all a wonderful shopping experience. I will definitely be back next time I am in the DC Metro area.

Love this place and I love Lilly! Staff is always friendly and helpful and if they don’t have something in your size they will transfer it from one of there other stores or help you order it.

I’m a HUGE Lilly Pulitzer fan and I have been to lots of Lilly retail stores. This one is nice and decently sized. They usually have some great sales, but be prepared for seemingly high prices if you’re not used to the brand. They also carry a few other brands, such as Vineyard Vines ties and boxers. My only complaint about this location is that the salespeople are not always very friendly. Some are but I often times feel like I’m being glared at or judged.

I’m a huge Lilly lover, but I think the staff at this store leave a little something to be desired. When I’m shopping for Lilly, in most places the clerks are cheerful and friendly, however, I found that here they’re a little more likely to talk among themselves. There are a few girls there that I love working with, and they do have great sales every so often.
I really like that they offer a good accessory section, as well as Lifeguard Press products. While I’m a diehard fan of Tickled Pink in Rehoboth, DE, this will be fine as my DC area Lilly mecca.
