It was awesome. Filet migon was fucking amazing. I really liked the wine we got. The server was very nice and attentive. Wild come again if in the area for another wedding or such.

One of the nicer restaurants in the Bethlehem area to visit with an upscale atmosphere and attentive service. I dined here with several colleagues on business and had a pleasant dining experience in an atmosphere that allowed for good dialogue. In the background, the restaurant provided live piano music to add to the overall ambiance of the establishment. They deliver well as a steakhouse. Their staff is very pleasant and well versed in the menu. In addition, they were sympathetic to food allergies. Being gluten free, steakhouses are usually a «slam dunk» for the dietary restriction, but it’s always good to know you have a waiter and kitchen that owns your concerns. My filet mignon was delivered perfectly medium rare as requested; with béarnaise that is house made and an excellent accompaniment. As a side, the baked potato was great with additional fixings to load on the flavors. As you’d expect, their wine list here is extensive, boasting many options in every grape category and nationality. The selections of wines-by-the-glass provides a large array of options to sample or take a flight. I’m a cabernet drinker, and was pleased with the many options they had to choose from. From a place with«Wine Bar & Steak House» in the name, it’s easy to have high expectations in those two categories. They deliver on wine and steak very well, and go beyond for a wonderful dining experience.

I liked it. I was here for an alumni event and everything turned out A-OK. Outdoor seating was a plus, great ambiance, servers were really attentive. Beer prices were slightly pricey but so was the food here. This place will keep its reputation as a go to for happy hour, upscale etc for awhile if they keep doing what they’re doing.

The ambience of Corked is cool and upscale — perfect for celebrating a special occasion. Service is professional and polished. We shared several of the starters — delicious but amazingly small portions. The most noteworthy was the octopus, which consisted of four slices, each the diameter of a nickel and paper-thin; seriously overpriced at $ 17. Rack of lamb entrée was perfectly cooked but under seasoned. Bread was reportedly baked fresh, but was dry. Maybe ordering anything other than steak is a mistake at a steakhouse. Corked has nice ambience but unimpressive food at high prices. I won’t return.

My friend and I enjoyed a girls night out treat here. We both enjoyed the filet. It melted in our mouths and was cooked to perfection. The truffle fries were heavenly! The wine was a fine compliment to our meal. It is expensive, but a definite place to go to really treat yourself.

One visit so far, we will return. The food is very good. Our meal felt rushed, but to be fair we were there on Valentine’s day and there were likely many reservations behind us. I do plan to visit again and add a more substantial review.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who celebrated their 40th anniversary there. THEYLOVEDIT. They had the best time, said the food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the staff went out of their way to make them feel extra special. A big thank you to CORKED. I look forward to going myself one day!

I don’t always give 5 stars, but every time I have visited this restaurant, I have had fabulous and attentive service, fabulous food, and a very good time. I have gone with just my husband and with groups, and the service has been great no matter what day or time. On to the food… AMAZING! I have heard some say that its overrated/overpriced… Well, it is NOT. The food is fresh, taste great, and is presented in a beautiful way that delights the senses. Wine list is varied which is great bc I am a light drinker, but my husband enjoys more boisterous wines. If you are looking for a great place to eat in the Lehigh Valley and understand that quality, ambience, and artistry costs more than a trip to a chain… Go! Just call ahead though!

Went here for Valentine’s Day dinner. Our waitress Rita was excellent very knowledgable of the menu and wine/drink list. Hubby got a ribeye which he said was very good. I got the crab cakes which were excellent. The manager came to our table to check if we were satisfied. I’m currently 8 months pregnant. We will be returning after the baby so I can enjoy some wine!

I recently went to Corked while shopping around Bethlehem. It was around 5:30pm on a Saturday night and we were easily able to get a seat at the bar… although it did start filling up as we were leaving. While it was really really dark in the restaurant, the bar was pretty neat because it had these light up LEDs that change color embedded into it. We each got a pear martini of some kind and they were delicious. you could definitely tell that they used some sort of pear purée to make the drink and for $ 11, I would hope so! That’s pretty costly for a martini, but not out of the norm, I would say. Overall, I liked the atmosphere and I’ve heard that they have pretty good food. The menu was definitely tempting, so hopefully I will be back again to try it out!

Disclaimer… 4 stars only due to the ambiance of this place. It is really well let, with vibrant colors all around. The bar was really cool, as it has lights that change color sporadically and twinkle and it really adds to the coolness of the establishment. Nice date night place :-) We stopped in here for our 2nd beverage of the night on Saturday(12 Dec) and personally, I was very disappointed. I ordered a house Chardonnay and it filled the glass up maybe an 1⁄8 of the way up… My wife told me that the wines are poured automatically by a machine, so that sucks :-(My wife and her friend ordered Cosmo’s, which tasted like cranberry juice with a splash of Vodka barely a hint of triple sec. The only good thing about them was the fresh lime wedge on the rim… My buddy ordered a beer, and you can’t mess that up. Given everything here, you pay for the atmosphere. Nothing more and certainly not the drinks. Again, it was packed with a line out the door, so the food must be really good! Not on my list to go back to, but I’m sure it’s not disappointing either.

Great service. I give it four stars because of a very minuscule thing about the steak – but my boyfriend would give it five stars! Our server was very kind and polite. I went to Corked for a Friday night date. I made reservations at noon the same day and the earliest time we could get a table was 8:30pm, so I suggest booking a day in advanced. My boyfriend and I ordered the shrimp cocktail($ 14)which comes with four jumbo shrimp; a good tease to a start of the meal. The cocktail sauce was tasty. It had a slight kick from the horseradish but not too much. Our main entrée was the dinner for two($ 101) which comes with your choice of Caesar or mixed salad, 20 ounce bone in ribeye to share, one crab cake per person, vegetables(green beans and carrots), Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and dessert! Salad: Salad was delicious. You can actually taste the nuttiness from the anchovies from the Caesar dressing which is how it should be. The mixed salad has a good honey balsamic dressing if you want something less heavy. Bone in ribeye: The steak comes out already cut up which is nice and less work for two people. We ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. It was really smokey from the grill – perhaps too many flare ups? Sometimes I had a bitter taste when I tasted my steak because I got too much bitter char flavor. Mac and cheese: Mac and cheese was awesome. There’s a slight truffle flavor from the truffle oil and bits of pancetta mixed in. Mashed potatoes: very rich. A tad too salty for my palette but my boyfriend likes it. Vegetables: A+ cooked in butter and the green beans were still very crisp. The only component in the meal that cuts the richness from the other things. Crab cake: it’s a good crab cake but not the best I’ve ever had nor did I expect it to be. No shells were found, and it comes with a lemon aoli. Dessert: we chose the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. It was fantastic. Hot bread pudding and cold vanilla ice cream. Can’t go wrong! Great way to end the meal!

Went back to corked and this is what happened. Our server Mike was a rock star. He started by asking us had we ever been there before which we had so he did not go over the entire menu with us(thankfully). Sadly it was my birthday and they were out of my favorite wine from their list(the butterfly kiss). Mike did a great job at recommending something similar which was ok not great but ok. Now the food was great except the steak(I know I know at a steak house). The steak tasted like the cook poured the salt on. Not sprinkled for seasoning but just dropped the whole bottle on it. :-(. The bread pudding for desert tho was amazing.

Diners beware! The waitstaff here is skimming extra money off of your cards after you leave. I was in town on a business trip and left a very nice tip however the waitress decided to help herself to an extra seven dollars on top of the eight dollar tip on a $ 30 tab I already left. Went back to have it fixed and then was overcharged again. A couple of nights later we went back there because other coworkers and my boyfriend wanted to try the restaurant and a different waiter did the same exact thing, on top of my boyfriends $ 12 tip added himself another $ 10. Although the food was good it is not worth going here if these are the shady business practices that the staff is going to continue to have. So so disappointed in the dishonesty occurring at this place.

Last dinner in Bethlehem, PA. We were looking for something fancy to be honest. Shame on me, I’m in the US since May I didn’t have a real steak yet. So we opted for what seems to be the best steakhouse around. Well, I’ve to tell you that the pork I’ve got here was the sweetest and tenderest of my life. I loved the sliced cooked apple on the side, but the marshmallows were to much for an European taste though. Emanuele said that the angus steak was awesome too and everybody seemed to be satisfied. I drank a special pumpkin beer just the feel more«into the fall», and the sweet kick was enjoyable. The only bad news folks is that this place is expensive. My final billing was 50 $ box and the others paied more. However, sometimes is good to gift a fancy dinner to yourselves, right?

Having been here once with the family, I can safely say that I will be back. The ambiance and décor is trendy and up to par with newer restaurants being built and keeping up with the«cool» downtown vibe Bethlehem has been creating. They have vegetarian options that are actually good. The macaroni and cheese was very very cheesy(in a good way) and the pizzas did not disappoint. I’m glad we sat in the front of the restaurant because the closer you get to the back by the bathrooms the louder it gets.

Something smells on Main St. While the food in this establishment is generally up to par the service is not. I have dined here three times. During restaurant week we received extremely poor service and the gratuity was added on. I thought we would give them another chance but now they are not honoring a fund raiser. Shame on them. I will not visit any of the family’s other restaurants either. Get off Main St. you skunks!!!

Admist all the hype… We had to check this place out. All I have heard is great things. We made reservations because we assumed it would be packed! Annnnd we were right. Place was slammed. You kinda need to dress up for this place. Jeans a tshirt wont cut it. Not too fancy, but wear something nice. We were promptly seated and greeted by the waitress. She was prompt and very knowledgable of the wine list.(Huge list) She suggested different wines and brought over a basket of bread. This is where I remove a star from the rating… At a steakhouse, presumably, a nice steakhouse from the trendy environment and atmostphere, I would expect fresh, delish bread. Nope. Bread was just normal white bread, and some sort of a wheat bread. Didnt taste fresh. Didnt fit the«bill» of a somewhat nice steakhouse. I mean you get served better bread at Texas Roadhouse! It was unsettling, and not memorable. HOWEVER… Don’t let the bread GETYOUDOWN in the dumps… ITGETSBETTER! Wine was terrific. Waitress poured it from small little vases. We ordered the Meat and Cheese board… As an appetizer… WOW! For 15 bucks,. It was honestly FANTASTIC! 3 different kinds of cured meat, 3 different kinds of cheese(slices goat cheese and brie, and another tasty kind… Dont remember the name… The wine was flowwwwing), olives, grapes, «crusty» bread(SEE … They want you to PAY for the bread… Nowww I get it). We were impressed with this appetizer. You honestly couldnt put this meat and cheese together yourself for less than 15 bucks! We were full from it! We ordered the Wedge Salad. Tasty, pretty decent. Needed more dressing. Was ok, but not totally memorable. Snaps given for the cubed pancetta. Veggies were fresh. Just missing something. Not sure what. Ordered the 4oz filet, mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. There was a delay for the first time of the evening. About 25 mins. Waitress apologized and checked on us. Mean while its 930pm and the place is still PACKED and more people are showing up !!! Steak arrives and it was perfect. Succulent, meaty wet filet, with a cube of garlic herb butter, all melty, and slippery, wet, the morsels of tender — melt-in-your-mouth beef, slurps of wine, scoops of pipin hot creamy FANTASTIC mashed potatoes… Bite after bite was just simply amazing! FANTASTICDINNER! Peanut Butter cheese cake with blueberry compote… Took the cake. Woww! Tasted artisial and fresh. Like from a bakery. OHHMYGOD! Absoultely phenommmm. The service was top notch. Food was MEMORABLE and the vibe was funky and trendy. Will be back july 18th with my cousin and his girlfriend. ANNNNND I cannot wait. Believe the hype. CORKEDWASFANTASTICANDEVERYTHINGWEEXPECTEDITTOBE! Check this place out! Mmmmmm! Bön appetite! Ps… It gets a little loud in there… However, it wasnt too bad. Music was not loud. We will be back! Check my pictures ;)
