I bought a Groupon for a blowout 2 years ago for Natasha and Glenn. They cancelled on me three times. One of those times they did not even tell me they were cancelling until the day before when I called myself to confirm. When I spoke to Glenn that last time before my Groupon expired he apologized profusely for cancelling so many times and told me not to worry about the expiration date, because «we don’t pay attention to those dates». It has been twice now that I have called to make the appointment and both times Glenn picks up the phone and says Natasha does the booking and will call me back, both times I have not received a call. I just can’t imagine a reputable salon would treat customers this way. Somehow I imagine if I didn’t have a Groupon, the behavior would be different.

Does anyone know if they have closed down? Their number is not in service. I was going to Victoria for brows for years… and now I’ve lost her. Any help you have would be appreciated!!! she’s the best! thanks!

Victoria is an experienced esthetician. She is one of the best I’ve been to for waxing. She will have you done in 15 minutes! She’s fast and personable. I’m glad that I found her.

This is a review for «Havana» senior colorist at Juan Juan brentwood. She is amazing. Knowledgeable and really professional. My hair is a really great shade of chocolate brown with a lot of dimension. She always nails it and makes me look beautiful. I cannot tell you how many compliments I get from people on my hair. She is worth every penny. Super great experience overall.

Wow!!! Omg amazing blow dry by Madison! So excited, shu uemura and kerestase shampoo, conditioner and products. Easy booking online (today’s New Year’s Eve and I booked my blow dry last night!). Next door to damone Roberts, and I just found out they do nails too! You can have your hair and nails done at the same time (I also noticed Kevyn aucoin products at the makeup bar). amazingly beautiful blow dry and here’s the best part– it was $ 40!!! Go see Madison, sweet and talented, so excited about my blow dry!

Glenn and Natasha Warshaw have been cutting and coloring my hair for a couple of years, and they are phenomenal! They are friendly and professional. They also give me their honest opinion, which I really appreciate. They’re always cautious to maintain the integrity of my hair. These two are incredibly talented. I highly recommend them!
Natasha’s blow-​outs blow any other stylist out of the water! (hehe) But in all seriousness, she is fantastic.
You can park across the street at Saks. They’ll validate and it’ll come out to about $ 10.

This is my second service with Shaya. He did a cut and color first time and obviously the best blow dry. But I liked him because he really listened to what I asked for. The salon is really nice. Nice vibe.

I had read some really great (and not so great) reviews about this place so I decided to call to try and make an appointment (luckily before purchasing the groupon deal).
Glenn answered the phone and not only seemed disinterested and unhappy about the groupon deal, but also was extremely curt.
I understand he may be a renowned hairstylist but that doesn’t mean I am going to take attitude.
It’s a shame because I really wanted to try this place out, but definitely will not.

I found Glenn and Natasha through Groupon, and I am thrilled with my haircut by Glenn. He really took his time to work with me and develop the style based on some photos I had on my phone, and the end result is amazing. He even let me come in free of charge within two weeks to take off a little extra length when I decided it was a bit too long still. It’s one of the best cuts I’ve ever had, and I used to be a hair model! I also bought some product from the salon that I love. Can’t wait for my next cut.

I have been a long-​standing client of Gabi’s. She is the best hairdresser and colorist I have ever encountered. I have had my hair done in Beverly Hills most of my life (I’m 36), and in New York for four years while I was in college there years ago. She also has a great personality and it is the best experience to come see her and get my hair done. I end up looking great and have had a fantastic day talking to and have my hair worked on by Gab. She is great at making you look the same but improved — the way a hair cut should be where people don’t notice that you have your hair done but know you look better for some reason. She is great at all hair coloring, ombré, highlights, everything — and cuts hair like a champ.

More nerve-​wracking than trying to find a new OB/​GYN for any woman in a new city is trying to find a hair stylist she can trust! It can take weeks or even months to track down a stylist who truly gets your vibe and doesn’t send you out the door looking like a recent Edward Scissorhands victim. I moved to LA 5 years ago and found myself in this exact dilemma.
LA the city of «Beautiful People» and just walking into many of the salons there can be intimidating. It was by chance I worked with a colleague who referred me to Gabi, that has led to not only years of beautifully colored and styled hair, but also the joy you get every time you’re around her energy and personality. She has truly grasped the concept of making men and women alike feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. She doesn’t try to force a color or style on you that you are unsure of, yet she also makes suggestions that can transform your look like you’re ready for the Red Carpet. In reference to our good friend «The Most Interesting Man in the World,» … «I don’t get my hair done often, but when I do, I go to Gabi!»

Carmela is my go to colorist! She is laid back, zero attitude and people always stop me on the street because of my color! I feel like a movie star when she’s done. Her healing energy, coupled with her eye for color are a gift. I highly recommend her!!!

He has been cutting my brother’s and mother’s hair for quiet some time now and I thought I’d give him a try.
I am very very pleased with my hair. I have long hair and when i usually ask a hair dresser to cut my hair they take way to much off and they don’t do as I ask. He did everything I wanted. Kept the length and cleaned me up great.

I have been there previously and had a good experience. However, the last time I went, I was quoted one price on the phone and then charged double. As a working mom, I was flabbergasted that they charged me twice as much as they quoted. I would highly recommend double checking the price before starting. I would not go back after my last experience. The whole situation was handled very poorly.

Glenn and Natasha have — no joke — changed my life.
I have problem hair. It’s ridiculously thick, long, coarse, dry, color treated and smack dab at the unholy intersection between wavy and curly. When colored, it tends to pull hideously dark red. When cut, it tends to frizz and kink. When encountering it for the first time, most stylists roll their eyes, push up their sleeves and cancel their next three appointments.
I took this unruly mane to Glenn last spring. He loved it. Didn’t blink. Just went straight to work, cutting layers that flatter from every angle, follow the curl and grow out gorgeously. Mixing up color that looks like my sun-​kissed highlights from second grade, shines, deepens over time and completely covers the grey. And applying the best keratin treatment I’ve ever had — and, I have had a BUNCH.
I was on TV last week, for random, unrelated reasons. Multiple viewers wrote in to compliment my hair. Apparently, I now have hair that strangers feel inspired to remark upon, positively. Before Glenn, that notion would have been both hilarious and impossible.
Other stuff? He’s fairly priced and gives rad discounts for repeat business, the studio is pleasant, he serves good coffee and these crazy delicious apple fritter things that are like crack. Natasha has a gift with color, she whipped up mine flawlessly on the very first pass. They’re both easy and charming and spending a few hours in their company is an absolute pleasure.
But at the end of the day, it’s all about the hair. And the hair is AWESOME.

A couple of weeks ago I made my first appointment for a haircut and color with Glenn. I will never go to anyone else again for my hair. He was fantastic – intuitive, efficient, and exceptionally skillful.
I recently moved to the Beverly Hills area and have been trying different places to find «my» new hair stylist. All of my attempts have been unsuccessful until now. Glenn’s assistant, Natasha, is also amazing – her blowout was one of the best I’ve ever had. I had my hair trimmed and my brown color touched up, but after I left the salon that afternoon I got more compliments on my hair than I could count. It just looked fabulous; I wish it could look that way every day!
I couldn’t be more excited about this, and I highly recommend Glenn and Natasha.

I have been going to Leslie for many many years now and I don’t even live in Southern California. That’s right, I fly down to LA to get my hair cut, sometimes permed, and every once in a blue moon colored. She’s the only one I trust with my hair.
Her cutting room is a nice private area upstairs in the center, decorated very simply, yet relaxing. She always offers you a beverage.
She will be upfront with you in telling you what state your hair is in. If your hair is processed or terribly damaged, she’ll advise against doing anything that will make your hair fall out. (This was for my friend, luckily not me — but seriously, she did not want to make my friend bald)
I flew her to do the hair for my wedding and my bridal party’s hair. They all looked fabulous and we were all amazed how she was able to get super straight hair to stay curly all day without a massive amount of hairspray. Leslie has like magic fingers that work miracles. If I could, I’d have her do my hair every day because it looks so good, but alas, I can’t.
Go see her, she’s worth it.

I came to Leslie with a dye job crisis over 5 years ago. She fixed my hair and I’ve been going to her ever since. I’m from a family of 4 girls and we all go to Leslie.
I trust Leslie to cut, dye, thin out my hair. I have a lot of hair and Leslie works magic with it. After I leave her my hair feels light and looks amazing.

Leslie is AMAZING!!! She has been doing my hair for 10 years and even though I moved to Orange County I will still drive to see her. It doesn’t get any better than her. Two months ago she did my hair for my wedding and all of my bridesmaids. She did such an amazing job. If you want an honest, knowledgable person cutting your hair go see Leslie.
