I had a cut done by Siena. She was very attentive and nice. She cut off 2 inches like I asked. Then she cut off an additional inch when I wanted it shorter. Not much of a talker. She was a little rough a few times with the comb, but 18.95 for a wash and cut is not bad. I would give the establishment 3 stars with Siena, but I’m also reviewing for my sisters, who got their hair cut by Kole(manager?) who lowers the stars to 2. Kole was aggressive with the comb and kept flicking hair in their face. Also, she put angles into her face frame when my sister didn’t want any face framing. She did say she wanted layers, but Kole did not do them. My sis didn’t feel comfortable asking her if she was going to do the layers because the stylist was a little aggressive. Both of my sisters felt they were being rushed. Granted, a walk in that had called came in just as my second sister decided that she wanted a haircut, but that walk in ended up with my stylist, so there shouldn’t have been a rush. as expected, did not accept AmEx Overall, Better service at SuperCuts in the North Beverly Plaza. The WORSTEXPERIENCEINMYENTIRELIFE!!! PLEASE, DONOTCOLORYOURHAIRINHERE!!! I purchased groupon to color my hair in Cost Cutters, Beverly before I went to my friend’s wedding that day. I was very excited for my fresh look since I have graduation and wedding season coming up. Unfortunately instead of pampering I felt like my biggest nightmare is coming to reality. My hair was processed four times across two days because the hair color came out nothing like I requested. I went between four different hairdressers«to fix» my hair. In addition to that, I was treated terribly by the manager of the salon. The second day they had me return to fix the color, I was scheduled by the owner for 9 o’clock and I was perfectly on time, but a walk in came 2 seconds before me, so the manager decided to take care of the walk in first and let me wait 25 minutes. Granted, this was after a full day of horrible experience of my hair being processed twice, 7 hours in the salon and me going to a wedding with yellow hair. The second day, I was hoping they know what they doing and I will be taken care by somebody experienced, but yet again. I was very wrong about that. I should never trust anyone at that salon because THIRD processing of my hair and again, my hair was still yellow. After that I couldn’t help it, I was in tears. I couldn’t take it anymore and the staff was just staring at me hopelessly. Finally, a FOURTH hairdresser stepped into action and she covered my full hair with brown color, so she can take all the yellow away. My hair was processed four times in this salon across two days(each 7 hours in the salon) and came out nothing like the color they were shown in the picture of my beautiful, balanced honey and brown highlights/lowlights from the past. The owner asked me to return for keratin treatment to heal my COMPLETELYFRIEDHAIR, but honestly I don’t want anything to do with this place EVERAGAIN! As of today, I have red/brow hair color(nothing like the picture of my beautiful highlights/lowlights in the picture they were shown and I’m afraid to do anything besides restorative treatment because my hair might fall out completely. My hair feels dry like«hay» and I cry every time I look into the mirror and think of this horrific experience I had at COSTCUTTERS, BEVERLY.

Excellent experience for walk-in: wash, cut, and dry. I was very pleased with the service from the style/cut, the customer service, and the price. For $ 35(including tip) I walked out within a hour very happy and looking forward to going back. Jennifer is highly recommended, she’s great with long hair & angles.
