It’s a shame you can’t give anymore than 5 stars because if I could I would give this tanning salon a million stars. I’ve been a patron here for almost 2 years now. Last October they were doing a buy one get one deal on monthly packages, so I went ahead and got a few months of tanning for myself. Well very shortly after purchasing them I found out I was pregnant, and never used them. Well, I had a beautiful baby boy on July 6th2015. Him and I were home from the hospital 2 days later and my doctor told me I was OK to start tanning, I was so excited to get some color again. So about a week after having him I went and started one of my months. I went 2 days in a row, then the very next day I awoke to find my perfect little boy, not breathing. I won’t get into specifics, but that day I lost my only son to SIDs. Needless to say I wasn’t really in the mood to pamper myself with a tanning session. Anyways, my grieving counceler told me I should start doing something for myself, and I thought what better than sunbanque, I had already wasted a month, I didn’t wanna lose another one. I went in and told the girl at the counter about the 2 months of hell I had just been through and asked if I could get the month I never got to use back into my account, and without giving it a second thought, the girl did. It’s really great to find a place that cares so much about they’re customers. Sunbanque is the absolute best around!

Only reason they get a two is because they do have great tanning beds. Other then that the place sucks. The staff sucks. Miserable and non friendly! NOTTOMENTION the PRICING is pathetic! Like no thanks. LoL Beverly needs a tanning salon asap because this place sucks!

I’ve gotten great customer service every time I’ve come(I am not a regular, but I’ve come a few times in the past 2 years), and Mike was very helpful. I have only come for the spray tan, which they offer the versa which is okay. I haven’t tried the beds because to be honest their pricing system is too confusing. You spend a certain amount of dollars to get a certain amount of points, and the more you spend the more points you get, and the less points the beds cost? Too much.

I can deal with terrible customer service(and let me tell you– it was terrible). But I can’t deal with a $ 30 spray tan that leaves you with spots all over your body. They promised it would fade to a smooth tan — it did not. I tried talking to the woman who checked me in about it, but she had no interest.

Greatest tanning salon I’ve ever been to. Every other salon around here is dirty and the employees are unfriendly, but here it’s the complete opposite. I feel so welcome, they remember my name and what I usually do and they always say hello and goodbye and thank me for coming in. Beds and building both are always spotless clean and I feel comfortable here. It’s almost like 15 minutes of pampering in paradise. Beverly salon is much much better than Gloucester salon. Cleaned, friendlier staff, better set up.

I have only to a few tanning places over the years but this one is excellent! I didn’t realize tanning could be so professional. It’s a bit pricey if you go per visit, but it’s so clean, so nice — and the staff(all but one) have been really friendly and knowledgeable. They have four levels — two are similar to the sun and two are not and they help you figure out the most appropriate for your needs, including keeping track of what level and time you do at each visit. They even provide the eye protection; in the past I had to buy these awful disposable ones. Certainly recommend them if you need some tan on you!

My only complaint is thats its much more Expensive compared to most other tanning salons. Good customer service, minimal wait times for beds, and always VERY clean! I also always come out with a great natural looking tan :) Bonus star for having amazing specials a few times a year, half off beds/lotions/credits for upgrades etc

This place is the best! Clean beds, friendly staff, and they have the«sunboard» which puts all other tanning beds to shame!

I admit, at one point in my life I was a tanorexic. Now that I am only, and slightly wrinkl-er I have toned it down ALOT. However, when i do feel the need to get a little bronzed, their is only one place I go– Sunbanque in beverly. This tanning salon rocks. It can be expensive and the bed I *adore* is regularly 30 bucks a visit– but it takes only one visit, is amazing and every quarter or so they do free and half price tanning, where you can buy«points» or packages to use the rest of the year. Friendly, clean and close to home-just how I like it!
