Buffalo Wild Wings

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We ordered, after finally being seated, and after an hour and forty minutes, we did not receive our order. It was a fundraiser night for my daughter ‘s softball team, and they knew about it for more than a month before, so they should have been a little ready, but I digress. The waitress told us they don’t have mac and cheese on the menu (when our daughter ordered it, off the menu) only to see young girl at the table next to us receive their order of mac and cheese. At sometime after the hour mark, and after the third apology, she said the manager would be out to talk to us. We were perfectly fine with that. She never showed up. She then came out and said the kitchen accidentally made our order «to go,» but it’d be right out. Again, we were fine with that. So, another forty minutes with no food and no manager and the waitress now hiding in embarrassment, we left. Thank goodness for Fuddruckers, we went there and my family ordered while I had to drive back (10 minute drive) to retrieve a cell phone left behind. The «manager» was snotty when I went back, but when I got back to Fuddruckers, my burger was ready for me.
DON’T EVER GO TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN BILLINGS! EVER!

When you travel and are in a strange and relatively bizarre land of restaurant (term used loosely) casinos (term used even more loosely), it is amazing how thankful you are to have a franchised bar/​restaurant with strong standards, good drinks, and food. And, the service was great and friendly. Megan was attentive, personable, friendly, and a pleasure! Thank you for being there for us!

Service and food can both be iffy… there are good and bad days. On the good days I enjoy the food 100%

We go to here often as a family the food is always good and you know what you’re going to get its menu doesn’t change much but there’s healthy options if you need that and there’s always good beer great place to take the kids after a sporting event sweet stuff that we have had to have been very friendly and good

Im a big fan of buffalo wild wings but most lack good quick service, as soon as I came across this one I just had to stop by and im glad I did. I dont remember my servers name but she was amazing made sure my drinks were always full etc. Best experience at bww thus far

I wasn’t impressed at all. The only reason why they got 2 stars is we got seated right away. We had to ask for a plate just to put our food on. The waitress never ask how our food was. I think we could of had better service at pizza hut.

Unilocal page states that they open at 10:30. They don’t. They open at 11. The food is okay. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

its ok, but not with the wow factor, sometimes noise levels you cant hear much from the on going games, they should offer a naked wing without the coating, I have been a hooter fan, not for just the hot servers, but they do wings right, I think they should offer a wing night all wings you can eat charge 12 – 13 dollars and up their beer sales and it helps draw on low night

great wings and beer, friendly staff too. we had bone and boneless wings, buffalo, sweet bbq and chipotle, all great. fun table game computer to play trivia on the tv screen and plenty of games on as well.

The wings are delicious as always, and they are much bigger than Pizza Hut’s wing street. I really enjoyed coming here every time and tried different kinds of drinks they have. However, the service is slow, we wait a long time to get our food (I think because they are always so crowded all the time, especially in the weekend, there will be no parking lot available). We loved sitting at the booth that have the TV.
The last time we were there, the server messed up out order, so we get 1 free order of wings.

The menu is pretty substantial here. I was almost overwhelmed until I spotted a «lunch» menu with 6 items on it and stuck to that.
We sat outside which is nice if the weather is favorable, but during lunchtime, there’s a lot of street noise so just expect that.
The tables and area outside are nice enough. Nothing fancy. Metal and a little dusty with three flat screen tv’s on ESPN.
Our service was very good. Our hostess and primary server were far above average. Our drinks never got below half empty and the empty plates were ushered away promptly.
We ordered a basket of boneless chicken wings with fries. The fries are thin, and good. The boneless wings come with a choice of 16 sauces. I recommend being a little daring here. We went with their most popular, Honey BBQ, and it was the same as anything you’d get at say, an Applebee’s.
The food was brought out piping hot, albeit a little slow (25 minute wait with an empty restaurant).
Overall, a mixed experience. We’ll be back, but we’ll be a little more bold when it comes to picking one of the 16 sauces.

We stopped in on our way to Miles City, Montana. My only complaint was the billboard said, «Next exit,» then when we got on the main road it said, 3 miles.
Once we found it, we had a nice relatively quiet dinner. It is decorated with all of the local sports teams. They obvious have strong local roots.
The service quick and easy and the food tasty. What more could you ask for?

I don’t eat meat so I really can’t judge, but their margarita was very, very good. The staff kind of thinks they’re on vacation or something though. not the most attentive or polite bunch.

When you walk in you are greeted and served by children, thus receiving mediocracy service at best. An on-​sight manager would be helpful to the children running the corporation. Groups of people were coming in to be seated. We were one of them and do not mind the wait time. But when you step back to see what’s going on, it’s worth a mention on Unilocal.The children are so busy and inexperienced with good customer service that they couldn’t get the food served and tables cleared in a timely manner. We waited and watched as groups were seeing what was happening, had enough of the wait and would walk out. Where are the busboys to help these children? And management, where were you to guide them through the busy mid-​week nights? As always, food was excellent!

Played lots o’ trivia

Parking really blows at this joint. Limited on space and didn’t even have the fight on here which I thought was kind of weird. Never been at a BWW and could not get a fight. Wings were ok. seemed smaller than other BWW. Customer service really sucked here. Friendly just sucked. I had to ask twice for extra Hot Bar B Q on the side for my fries, decided not to even care and just eat them plain. If you are a BIG fan of BWW you wouldn’t want to come to this small one.

This place has great wings, been to several BWW’s across the country and they are on par with the rest. The staff though, they suck. Seems too laid back, they don’t seem to care if you get good service or not, it’s reflected back in tips. But the wings are good. That’s what matters, right?
