IHOP

I’m very disappointed in this location and their staff. I called in on Oct 9^th at 0845pm. The person on the other line answered «Biloxi» — at first I thought I called a private number. She was very dismisssive on the phone and told me she can’t take my order because they don’t take to do orders after 9pm. I got on the phone with the manager and she was as rude as the random employee. If you like being treated like a bag of smashed a holes please visit this place.

Probably one of the best IHOP’s I have ever been to, the food was great. We got our meal in a timely manner. Our waitress was very nice, and it was her birthday! The only complaint that I have is that it was really dirty on the tables and it seemed like no one was vacuuming the carpet at all

I was a little concerned by the small size of this place, that it would be sub-​par and similar to one of the nearby Waffle Houses. Thankfully, my fears were unsupported. The food here was as good as any other IHOP, and I dare say that the atmosphere was better than usual. I felt quite snug in our booth.
Service was friendly. Over-​medium eggs were over medium. My orange juice was fresh. Country fried steak was great. Pancakes were fluffy, and they have the syrups on the table like every other IHOP.

Very small location. Expect to wait for 10 minutes or more. They really do have good service and try to get everyone in quickly. Tables are close together to fit as many in this small building as possible.

I love iHop, I can’t help it… while I don’t recommend the Gulfport location at all and recommend the D’Iberville location only on weekends, I feel more than comfortable recommending this Biloxi location ANY time. It’s on a corner lot just west of Edgewater Mall, with cobblestone parking areas and shady trees. The wait staff is tenured and can answer any questions or accommodate pretty much any menu request or substitution. I’ll continue to eat here on occasion and recommend it in case you want to do the same.

My ‘monster burger’ was very dry and they cooked all the cheese off of it. My BF got the all you can eat pancakes with the eggs and meat and his looked wayyyyy better. I don’t usually order breakfast ever but if I were to go back I would have to entertain that haha. Service was friendly. It’s about what I expect from these 24 hour places.

Went here for dinner on Christmas after a show at Beau Rivage casino. Had lunch buffet, so we didn’t want to eat much. Only choices beside casino restaurants were Waffle House & IHOP.
Most of us had the combos: French toast or pancake or waffle with eggs, hash brown, & bacons/​sausages.
Service was slow due to being Christmas. They were short on cooks & filled with customers. Food was great, & they did run out of crepes. He also messed up on my ticket since we had 7 in our party & it was late — long day for him. Overall, I would eat there again cause their french toasts with fruit were awesome.

This was a horrible dining experience on Christmas Day, waited in line for 45 minutes to be seated with 7 open tables that they just weren’t cleaning. Had to ask for everything, straws, water, silverware, napkins, coffee, refills, the correct menu items, I went there with my wife and two kids, they messed up all of our orders. Waited 45 minutes for food. What I shame, I normally love IHOP!

My family and I wanted red white and blue pancakes for Veterans Day so we decided to check this place out. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. The food came out a little slow, but we were having so much fun laughing and talking that we hardly noticed. The food was amazing. We could not have been happier with our experience!

Would have been four stars but this joint is kinda dirty and needed some basic wiping down. Anyways, if you have to choose betwen the Highway 49 (Glfport) IHOP and this one, come here. You can park on the grass if you want! The service and the food is just better here. Be advised, it will be packed during peak times, and is smaller inside than your regular IHOP, but whatever. The cooks were so loud we could hear their convo, but that is just part of the deal. this ain’t fine dining.

Huge crowd. Very poor service. Never got seated. 4 tables were empty but no one cleaned them. Very disappointing.

The food was really good. The eggs were perfectly cooked. The service was great albeit a bit slow getting the food out, but it was fresh and hot. The restaurant is very small and the parking from the west side made it look as if there was no where to park, but there were a number of spaces on the east side. I will definitely eat at this IHOP again.

Turkey Sausage Links!!! Turkey bacon?! Egg white omelet?! I’m impressed! They have a new menu which looks a lot nicer and actually a low calorie substitute menu!!! Yay for that on the MS gulf coast!!! Come here often and I’ve never had bad service. Even on a crowded Sunday morning when I order to go breakfast, it’s a speedy pick up.

This is a small iHop so I can see how they might get overwhelmed in peak season. But we were here in January and the service and food were excellent.

My parents and I dined there twice. Other than service that is at least good, food is great. Oh, and try their pancakes or egg dishes. Their food is delicious

The food is good at this IHOP. The Colorado Omelet was great. It was huge and would have been better had it came with more than a thimble full of salsa. Asked could I get some more and I was told it would be .99 for another small little plastic black cup full. To substitute 1 Belgian waffle for the 3 pancakes I was advised it would be another additional 2.99. Is the batter that much more expensive? And isn’t it less labor to make a waffle than pancakes? At this point I was thinking that if I asked for extra napkins, it would be an additional charge. Also added hash browns and the portion was extremely small. The plus side is everything tasted great! Just don’t substitute or ask for extra condiments because it’ll cost you!

The staff was great! The food was delicious. Thank you for making my family feel welcome.

Right off the beach is this wonderful, bright, clean, airy… IHop. Normally I am not a fan of iHops but this was a wonderful stop. this place was more of a Bistro setting than a production kitchen. The staff was courteous, and attentive. The portions were healthy and tasty, something the iHop by my house could learn from. I had the Hearty Ham & Cheese omelet with a side of hash browns and finished my meal happy and full.
On a separate but related note the bathrooms were VERY clean!

Um, I love IHOP? This place was so busy it was ridiculous. But! They did a great job getting us in, serving us quickly, and the food was so good. Seriously. I know it’s a corporate chain, but really, check it out. It’ll be one of the best breakfasts you’ll have in ages.
