Broadway Inn Express

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever ALMOST stayed in. There were live and dead roaches throughout the room. There was even a LIZARD crawling around in the floor under the sink. The bathroom in particular was filthy and there were yellowish *liquid type* stains on the the bed linens. The man working the front, MARK, was very rude and unaccomodating. Absolutely refused to give us our money back. And who wants another dang room in the same ROACH MOTEL!!! Please, do yourself a favor and absolutely DO NOT even consider staying in this place.

The most disgusting place I’ve been. They cleaning lady/​man left dirty glove, toilet isn’t clean, everything looks outdated. It’s not as clean as you think a place you spend money to sleep would be. Just unacceptable! No stars at all if I didn’t have to !! I rather sleep in my car. & it has a foul smell

This was the worst motel I have ever seen on the Gulf Shore! I booked 2 rooms for a ridiculous rate and found the rate posted on their sign to be ¹⁄₃ of what I paid! The rooms stunk of mildew, AC units dripped onto the floor inside the room, bathroom door was busted open at one time and the damaged frame won’t let the door close, drawers were broken, room was filthy, TV was probably 30 years old, and the beds were HORRIBLE, held up by 2x4s! We booked 2 nights but left after only one. I left with a light wallet and 5 bites on my face from who knows what! The other clientele at the hotel looks like ghetto people paying weekly and we were afraid to leave anything in the room. Oh yeah, stay more than one night and you don’t get housekeeping! What?

This place is beyond disgusting. I stayed there because the place I booked was sold out and they put me here. All night I could hear ghetto loud ppl outside and I woke up because I smashed a baby cockroach on my face. This place is filthy and I’m surprised it’s still in business. The health authorities need to check it out.
