I want to give this a NEGATIVE 5. Liars and scammers and beyond rude! I bought a kettle online, which they told me was new, but when it arrived it was used. When I called and told them that the item is used and wanted to return it, the woman literally yelled at me, called me names, and told me that there’s no way I can return it and that she will fight me all the way! I was in shock at this kind of response! Stay away from these people!
