Hazel is amazing. Her dining experience is a once-in-a-lifetime meal with new friends and fabulous bites. She prepares a multi-course dinner for ten guests who have reserved the space. Her dining room is hidden in the Copper Queen by the way. From Nicaragua comes a style of flavorful cooking that doesn’t need salt or gimmicks and is just plain good food. We can’t wait to visit Bisbee again and hope for a seat at Hazel’s table!

We were warmly greeted by Hazel and her son at their new location in the Copper Queen. We mingled with locals and fellow travelers over wine before taking our seats at the beautifully decorated table. Hazel’s courses were all as delicious as they were aesthetically pleasing. The meal was well paced and allowed for time to chat over each course. Hazel also explained what each course was and what the ingredient were. Her son did a wonderful job of keeping glasses full and plates moving. We would highly recommend this dining experience! It felt like coming to dinner at a good friends house. Well worth the money. We look forward to another meal at Hazel’s table!

So lucky to have heard about this. We had a super time. The food was great but the fun of meeting new people and sharing a meal was the icing on the cake or to be exact on the icing on the GMO-free sweet corn pudding! Looking forward to visiting again! Nice job Hazel!

Table 10 and Ms. Hazel provide the quintessential Bisbee, AZ experience. From the initial interaction with Ms. Hazel through the end of the evening you will not be left wanting. Ms. Hazel works tirelessly to ensure that every customer is accommodated in every way. My wife and I have eaten at Table 10 three times and each time it has been absolutely flawless. The ten person table always results in unique visitors and you can never be sure of where the conversations will go. Ms. Hazel’s diverse background and eclectic collections over her life fill the room. The most unique experience is the gastro-art immersion. You will be served the highest quality food cooked with love that will ultimately serve to generate some of the deepest conversations. When you depart Table 10 you will feel absolutely satisfied on every level, you will have new friends, and will yearn to return a future day. Ms. Hazel cannot do anything better and everyone needs to experience«The Table».

Bisbee is full of novelty and«Table 10» is such a novel concept for a restaurant. The Chef/server/host runs the whole evening there is one table that sits up to ten people. The evening starts out with wine, BYOB, in the sitting room and you get to meet the people you will be dining with over a few glasses of whatever it is you brought. As the appetizers are being brought out you move over to the dining table and take your seats and the five course meal begins. The food is fresh, inventive and made with local ingredients prepared with a south american twist. Being able to have dinner and converse with new people or should I say friends is a refreshing escape from your typical night out. and why do anything typical in Bisbee? Next time you make a trip to Bisbee reserve a seat at Table 10.

This delightful experience was beyond all of our expectations. From the first course to the main meal and then dessert, the ingredients were fresh and cooked FRESH. Straight from the pot to the plate as Hazel, the owner, likes to say. I must say that I have never had such a wonderful dining experience. The care and love that Hazel puts into making it a fantastic dining experience is apparent from the moment you enter. Go… and spend the night after at The Inn at Castle Rock. You’ll want to have the full experience!
