So let me get this right you have a good location, clean store, and you let the Caucasian girl curse at her coworkers and answer text messages as she carrys on destroying any desire for customers to ever come here again? I blame the management. Also never eat behind a counter if you work with food, looks bad… Don’t let employees destroy all your hard work to get what you got F_ck them. It’s not easy, and people count on you… The food is Delicious btw, and you guys work too hard to let an unmanageable skills idiot to damage your really good food, and work…

The staff are rude. And the quality of food is horrible at best. I’ve been there over the past few years they renovated the inside but it seems like the personnel is what is in need of serious renovation.

Just had a bagel, it was good. Staff was not the most warm group of people, but I have seen a lot worst. If I go back I will have to update and have something other then a bagel so I could give a proper evaluation.

From what I know there has always been a bagel shop here. The prior shop was getting run down and eventually closed. This has reserved spots, which I suppose is good since this lot is tight. Their bagels are oversized, lots of toppings and relatively chewy. Not my favorite bagel but not the worst I’ve had either. They offer hot and iced coffee. The day I went they had French vanilla and plain. They have a small bin with ice. So, where they lost me. I stopped here on the way to the shore and asked to use their bathroom before the long drive. The lady that butters the bagel said in an unfriendly tone that it’s not for customers. Then I noticed they keep napkins, straws and any extras you may need behind the counter. They seemed quite stingy and overpriced. Overall I got a very cold, unfriendly vibe where they are solely in business to make money and don’t care about customer service. For a bagel and small iced coffee it was over $ 5. That’s Manhattan prices! My father had a similar experience. I hope they change their attitude or they won’t make it with Heartland Village bagels only a mile away.
