Never Again!!! And my experience was SO bad that I doubt if I will ever visit ANY Burger King again. I downloaded the BK app, which is a ridiculous process for a discount on fast food. Who is running Marketing and Mobile strategy for BK, it’s a burger not a free car!!! Seriously, needing to select a sandwich offer, then be given 15 minutes to use the discount? Do you really intend on making customers jump through timed hoops??? Finally, I get to the cashier, place my order and she tells me the code that is displaying on YOUR App isn’t valid. A manager walked over and all he could do is «bark» at me about the wrong code. It’s YOUR app guys, if it doesn’t work, don’t punish and embarrass customers. NEVER Again!!!

The service here is okay and the cashiers seem kind of efficient at what they do. The store itself could be a little cleaner and better kept and maintained I think. For example the tables should be wiped down in between use by customers, but I saw at least a couple of them which still had not been wiped dosn yet. Food which had spilled on the the tables and also around the floor areas was still visible. Maybe they were just to busy, but it did not seem like it was that crowded to me when I went in. Even if it is, you still need to ensure cleanliness at your establishment much better. The part that I really did NOT like though was how some of the food preparers were not wearing gloves! Gross! Even if your not directly touching the food itself, and just the wrappers around the burgers or fries containers you still need to wear gloves! I did mention it to one of the workers there and she apologized and then went in the back. I’m assuming she probably said something to her coworker and they then put on gloves, but not before looking over in my direction. It still doesn’t matter if it was me saying it or another customer. That’s not the point, you need to wear gloves at all times. I will at least ‘credit’(lol) them a star back for at least addressing the issue after I said something. Other then that one issue the experience here was okay in general. But not wearing gloves when your serving food can be enough to discourage customers in the future. I have eaten here a few times in the past and have not noticed this issue before. So maybe it was just an icolated occurrence today only. But hopefully in the future they will be wearing gloves next time!

Weekend evening– Bunch of guys behind the counter but service was very slow yet polite. Coffee was at best lukewarm and seemed like NO manager was in charge or lack of skill set to get the food out. Disappointing!
