In fairness to the business owner the update is to report that this incident was due to a very late staff member. We spoke with the owner who was aware of the difficulty and the need for responsible and reliable staff for success. If we have another framing need we will try again.

I am at this moment gazing at my gorgeously framed matted Marc Chagall print that was done at Red Lion. My first time there, and I am so glad I found this shop. I recently brought in a second print because I am so pleased with the work. Ed really helps the customer find the best possible combinations for his/​her product artistically and financially. He takes time with you and is patient, friendly and his time table for completing the work is excellent. I highly recommend Red Lion, as I have used several framing shops in the area and have now found a place to take ALL my framing needs.
