I’ve been to this spot twice. Both were pleasant experiences.
This place has fresh sushi, good food, and great prices. This place isn’t fancy but the fish is fresh and the sushi is always on point. Defiantly a go to spot. Staff is friendly and attentive to your needs.
Sushi You is defiantly a go to spot, and the price is always rite. You can’t beat it. I would deff recommend this place if you’re around the area.

When I’m in the mood for sushi, this is the only place I go. It’s not fancy, but the fish is fresh and the price is always right. I don’t go here for any special side dishes or appetizers. The nigiri sushi and rolls are all I need to order, and they always come out perfect. Also the place is BYOB — can’t get any better than that.

Ordered from them just two days ago because the prices were incredible. For 24 bucks we received, six rolls… The tuna avocado roll and cali roll were meh, but the eel avocado and the spicy tuna, spicy shrimp, and spicy crab were out of this world! I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. You can’t beat the price and the fresh quality. I would stick to their basic hand rolls as I have heard their specialty rolls are tiny for the price. I will update this review after trying one of their specialty rolls. Delivery was also pretty fast… no more than thirty minutes.

The seafood is fresh and the rolls affordable. I have ordered takeout, delivery, and sat in and had equally favorable experiences across the board. The restaurant is small and clean and the staff is attentive and kind. The reason I didn’t give this place a 5 is because of ambiance; its not exactly a place you should take someone on a first date. I would definitely recommend to anyone to eat/buy from this place.

Half-price sushi every day of the week! The sushi was fresh and the delicious. The service wasn’t great but we will definitely be back. Good prices and fresh fish is a great combination for sushi joint.

It’s been a while, but this has long been one of the best sushi restaurants in the general area, with great food and service. When asked about sushi joints, this is one of the first that comes to mind. Treat yourself sometime, I would be very surprised if there’s been any decline.

I just called if they still open for delivery sometimes they take order even they closed. Lady answers the phone and tells me they are closed but then she goes to ask somebody if they can do it. I don’t speak Their language i dont know what they were talking about I just know they were talking for couple of minute with me I the line still and then she just hung up on me with any explanation. Lol I guess they are closed. They definitely should work on their customer services. I love this place. I order from them always and I know exactly what lady was speaking to me and seriously who ever owns this place you have to work on her phone skills. That wasn’t first time what something like this happened. She is not the best choice to answer your phones. Thank you

I came here for take out due to all the good reviews… But I wasn’t really happy with my 56 $ meal. The sashimi platter is good for 20.95, but the rest of the rolls are not impressive. I know the price is lower than others but I would rather pay regular price for normal size one. These aren’t really crunching my sushi cravings. But they do look clean.

Good food, fresh sushi, and quick delivery. I decided to give these guys a try and was glad that I did.
The only thing I didn’t like is the fried Gyoza, I wouldn’t get it again, otherwise the fish was fresh and so were our entrée items.
Food delivery was reasonable just under one hour.

I waited almost 2 hours for my delivery and half my sashimi was completely frozen. The salmon avocado salad had no salad. Just salmon which was chewy chunks and unripe avocado. And then I got a spicy salmon roll which had no spice but all crunch. It was literally a roll of crunch. And lastly my white tuna was clearly old.
I cheated on Aki for the cheaper price and I learned my lesson. Shame on me ha.

Great sushi, great prices. The prices are the best out of the sushi places in this area, and everything tastes fresh. I got a shrimp avocado roll, spicy salmon roll, and sweet potato roll and they were all good — my favorite was the spicy salmon.
I can’t speak to the dine-in experience as I got takeout, but I can say that they use the space well. It’s small inside, yet they were still able to seat quite a large group while I was there. I think it’s safe to say I found my go-to sushi place.

Very nice sushi spot with very nice prices.
Around here, it’s hard to find decently priced sushi. A lot of places seem like they’re in a competition to see who can price their sushi as expensive as possible. Not this place.
With that said, this place has very good prices and good, tasty and fresh sushi. Yes the place is a bit small and nondescript, but that’s part of the charm of this place.

and it turned out great! I was a little weary walking into the store because it looks rather sketchy, with a barely-lit sign saying open and a giant 50% off sushi sign. When you walk in though, the waiter was very friendly and got to our order right away! Can’t say anything about service since we didn’t dine in.
As for the food — we got one sashimi regular, a Xanadu roll, millennium roll and a handful of other not special rolls. The Xanadu was delicious, but the millennium was forgettable. Sashimi was pretty good and fresh too, but it seemed to me like the white tuna had just recently been unfrozen, which was a little off-putting. However overall everything was really tasty and I’d definitely go back!

When you see the 50% off sign in the front it reminds me of those electronic stores with the Going Out Of Business signs.
When my wife and I first moved to Nutley we ordered and were very happy with their selection. We love their selection of spices roll options and miso soup. I don’t live to far so I always order to pick up and it’s usually ready by the time I get there.
The place is small and quiet and its B.Y.O. So bring a bottle of your favorite wine to pair with the Sushi. Hey sometimes have specials posted up and even when they don’t they’ve me made some for me if I asked.
It’s not the biggest sushi around but the prices are decent. If you want a nice quiet place to eat I recommend it. enjoy

You can’t go wrong! The price is good for the sushi, so it isn’t maybe anything amazing or unique, but it’s good tasting and good on the wallet. I ordered spicy crab roll, avocado roll, smoked salmon and cream cheese roll (strange, but interesting! I love lox on a bagel so this seemed like a good fashion.) for about $ 10. I’m no sushi connoisseur (snob) and only crave sushi occasionally, and this really hit the spot for my expectations. I got take out, but the establishment had cute décor so I wouldn’t mind eating in either. There’s some parking on side of building but plenty of free 2 hour street parking. Definitely recommend!

Probably the best value price wise per roll I have ever seen. One problem, the rolls are bit on the small/thin side. Still, it’s tasty and for the price you can just order another roll to fill yourself up. Seriously, it’s like $ 3 and change for spicy tuna rolls and such. Yep, $ 3 and change!
Another great thing is they are on Grubhub so you can order directly from the app for deliver. They are very speedy but have a $ 20 minimum. You get a lot of food for $ 20 though.
One word of advice, stick to basic rolls like California, spicy tuna and such. Their fancier rolls are too tiny to justify the $ 6+ price. I made the mistake of doing that my first time and ended up paying a lot and not being full. Just order basic stuff and order a lot!
Great place with decent sushi with the best prices around! They have online ordering, just stick to basic rolls. Enjoy!
