I travel for a living and sometimes stay in two different hotels each week. For this price level, this is a perfect 10 ! They have all the essentials I need and they place is modern, clean, and bright. My room was very well appointed, spacious, and had all necessary creature comforts. The fitness room is sparse but has one of each piece of equipment. The business center functions well and the breakfast area was clean and bountiful. Very easy access to 74 and 55 and to downtown Bloomington.

Clean rooms but the owner of the place isn’t friendly at all and needs to work on his customer service skills!

Stayed overnight after attending a concert in downtown Bloomington. Checked in with Samir who was very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would have never known anyone else was on my floor, but I did run into another guest in the hallway who had attended the same concert I did and we exchanged pleasantries. The only knock on the room was the TV, which had a funky screen that shifted in size every once in awhile… no big deal. The next morning I woke to find that my receipt had been slid under door while I had been slumbering. I headed downstairs to enjoy the limited, yet filling(and included) breakfast bar, where I made myself a tasty do-it-yourself blueberry waffle. A friendly lady walked around the dining room continually, wiping down tables and making sure the serving areas were kept stocked and clean. Should I make my way down to Bloomington again, I know where I’ll be staying!

Just of the highway, easy to find and located near a few options for dining.(not *fine* dining… but when you are just staying one night, a Steak & Shake or Bob Evans will do just fine). Comfortable beds, different firmness pillows offered(THANKYOU!!), nice bathroom, plugs located at table height. All good things!

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. This was a late night traveling stop, so we didn’t take a lot of time to plan the hotel stop. The hotel looks recently renovated, everything looks and smells clean and new. $ 89 + tax got us a nice, clean mini-suite with two large queen beds, a full sized pull-out couch, a refrigerator, and a microwave. I’d happily stay here again.

Amazed at any negative reviews, place was fantastic. Sam was great to work with, rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast was the same as ANYOTHER hotel so I never get the bashing of the lousy breakfast. The dining area was clean and the attendant kept the food well stocked. Would stay there again in a NY minute. nuff said

The facility is fairly clean and well kept. We wanted to get on the road early, so we didn’t like the fact that breakfast does not begin until 6:30 on weekdays. We had absolutely no hot water in our room, surprise, no morning showers. We brought this deficiency to the GM’s attention, but he chose to leave us with a full price stay.

The guy behind the counter was very unprofessional. Waited several minutes before he came out to the counter to check us in. I asked if I could speak with the manager, and he said HE was the manager, then had a question, and called down to the desk after we finally got checked into the room, and had to try 3 different times before someone answered. If you want to get a late checkout, you can forget about it. Breakfast is nothing to brag about either. The rooms were nice, but TVs need to be updated. Half the channels came in «snowy.»

It’s ok for the price. Could use a little upkeep but it’s quaint. Old skool TVs. Breakfast is fair, but they did have a waffle maker.

I stay quite a few places as I travel for business. Therefore, I probably have too many hotels to compare this one to. This hotel is not very old at all, yet I found some disappointments: — Strange lobby. I just found this lobby to be awkward. There was fake, ugly looking marble all over it. The layout was strange to me as well. — Room did not feel clean. Most times, you walk into your hotel room and think, wow, this place is clean! I did not get that feeling. Maybe it was the pop splattered on the wall or maybe that the tile floor in the bathroom just didn’t seem clean? — Crappy internet connection. It kept going in and out. Not reliable. — Wasted space in the room. They have this wedged area behind the couch in the room. Just wasted space. — Broken curtain rod. Not a huge deal but come on, keep up the place. The good: — Comfy beds. I slept very well. — Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast. — Modern rooms — flat screen TVs and good colors. Would I stay here again, maybe. It would not be my first pick.

Very nice staff upon our late arrival. The rooms were clean and modernly decorated. We were only there to catch some zzz’s shortly after check in, eat breakfast, and get back on the road, so I can’t comment a ton on much of the amenities. Breakfast was pretty decent. Nothing to complain or rave about.

Hotel rooms were great. Flat screen T. V’s nice comfortable beds. Very nice rooms. The breakfast was a disappointment. It was not done at 7:40am so we waiting for 40 min. I felt bad for the women fixing the breakfast, seemed as if she was left to hang. Coffee was excellent.
