Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Donuts leave a grease film in your mouth. Service always bad and restaurant is filthy.

How can you not love Krispy Kreme? But they are addictive! One calls for another, and another… and so on. Good for you? I doubt it, but Good, you bet.

I’m unsure if the floor could be more sticky. The wait is a bit long, but they are hot now, so it is to be expected and worth it.

I was thrilled to see a Krispy Kreme in Bloomington. They left the Chicago market. Nothing like a fresh, hot glazed doughnut.

This place totally messed up my order and gave me a stale donut. They appear to have a conveyer belt with glaze going all of the time but anything not glaze and late night is suspect. I thought Krispy Kreme would be better than that.

Krispy Kreme donuts are the best part to any morning. I feel fortunate to have a Krispy Kreme in town as there aren’t any other stores in Illinois. They have a hot & ready app on their phone so you know when the donuts are being made fresh. I always get the regular glazed donuts because they are my favorite. I give the actual product a 5 out of 5.
The customer service is why I gave the overall rating a 4. Several times I have gone to Krispy Kreme during a special that they are running, and the employees there are completely quiet about it. At first I thought maybe they just forgot to mention it, but after 3 different occasions I know that the employees are just trying to not give customers the deal. The 3 occasions I went there were National Donut Day, Hero Appreciation Day, and 1 day they were giving away free coffee. On all three occasions I had to bring it up awkwardly.
I remember the days when they gave away a free donut whenever the hot & ready sign was on. Sadly I did not live near one when they were doing that. I will say that this location is always extremely clean and they have a great location. Time to work on the service.

Donuts are good, but don’t expect a free sample when the hot and fresh sign is on. Lame.

I came here after getting fed up with the SB next door.
The coffee was excellent and enjoyable — no stinky smell like the SB next door.
I got a free, fresh hot donut right off the assembly line.
It doesn’t get much better than that in the morning. I bought a dozen more donuts for the folks at work. Mmmmm.

Um, yes.
Like most other Krispy Kremes, this place is on point. You just HAVE to make sure you come in when they’re making them fresh so you get one right off the rack!
I always feel so guilty when I just come in wanting just one plain donut and it’s handed to me immediately. Then again, it makes it that much more tempting to buy a dozen!
