This place is fabulous. I just drove through at about 11:30 at night, and the girl working the drive thru let me come up to the window and take a look at everything. So much better than trying to order donuts off of menu. She seemed totally cordial and nice and down to earth and everything you want from a customer service experience.

Awesome donuts. This is my one stop shop for coffee and donuts in the morning and when I need a pick me up in the afternoon. They always have a fresh stock of donuts and the coffee is better than Starbucks. I never liked Starbucks because it always tasted burnt to me. I’ve been to dozens of dunkins before and this is by far the best one.
The customer service is great — people are just generally nicer and actually seem to care. And this comes out in the donuts they deliver. I’ve never gotten a stale donut once. Two thumbs up for this DD location.

I find this particular dunkin’ really cool, I think what’s really exciting about them is their lovely looking Donuts. I won’t mind having lunch here to really get a taste of this yummy croissant donuts I saw.

This place may have had a rough time before (as I read some reviews), but I had an awesome experience. The management was quick, the employees asked me about my day, and my order came out as expected. After a long day… this Dunkin made me feel a lot better. Thanks guys!

It’s no wonder the reviews are terrible. We’re inside now and the staff is amazingly incompetent. They care more about socializing than they do completing orders correctly and in a timely fashion. We stopped in on a desperate whim on our way to Chicago since we don’t have a DD where we live. I think I could have survived without this pit stop.

I keep trying to give this place a chance, but after over a year of being in business, I still feel that they have focused more on being fast than getting the order right or making sure the drinks are made correctly and made to taste good. I just got a latte there this morning that tasted like it had no actual coffee in it. Whenever I have gotten an iced coffee from here and ask for only a little cream and a little sugar, my drink was flooded with it. I drank it, but it did not sit well with me. I’d recommend going elsewhere if you’re just looking for coffee. If you want donuts, this location is fine for that.

This is the worst DD we’ve been to… Always something wrong with our order, and out of something! Today they forgot our milk and out of bagels. Last time they were out of chocolate frosting for donuts!!! We go there bc it’s convenient as we’re leaving town for kids’ weekend sports, but if you have time go across town to the BLOOMINGTON LOCATION – people there are competent and the owner actually cares about your feedback! We’ve completed MANY surveys for the Main Street location and the owner never changes anything!

This dunkin is appealing… We went here about once a week when it first opened but now it is closer to 1 a month to this location. If you come to this dunkin be sure to order inside rather than drive through. I would think about 60% + the drive thru has made mistakes (ie. ordered 2 latte lites today, one was basically hot water and steamed cream the other was like drinking a pixy stick because of all the sugar added)
Beware of drive thru, just go in to order!!! Have never had problems when I have ordered inside.

Probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to, and I visit a lot of locations throughout the country. All I ordered was black coffee and they still managed to mess it up (tried to give me large instead of XL, put a bunch of additives in it). And to top it off, the lady I dealt with was rude. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because of its convenient location next to the expressway.

In an effort to save space I will review Dunkin in the next two sentences:
–Just go through the drive through, you’re aren’t missing anything inside.
–Don’t go here for anything other than their donuts (and maybe their coffee if you’re into that sort of thing).

I waited in line for 25 minutes at the drive-​thru at 11 am on a Sunday — I ordered a mixed dozen, paid at the window and received a box of 12 cake donuts. I handed the box back explaining I ordered a mix, and the guy at the window (who was INCREDIBLY polite) explained that was all the donuts they had. I asked for a refund, and he sheepishly said he didn’t know how to do that and it would be a few minutes until a manager could come to the window. I really didn’t want to spend any more time on it, so I just kept the donuts. And they were stale. I am really surprised that they didn’t make fresh donuts for Sunday morning. It was my first visit to this location, and I’m never going back.

This stand-​alone Dunkin Donuts location is very clean and well laid out. On this visit my wrap and donut were fresh and the iced tea tasted like it was brewed very recently. The eat-​at counter has power outlets and USB power to charge your laptop, tablet, or phone while charging your own battery. The negative is derived from the staff service. I am disappointed in the gossiping crew who were not only speaking loudly behind the counter, but the conversation extended to the dining room to engage an off-​duty employee. It just shows the immaturity of the crew when they bad mouth customers in such a public way.
